Signature Collection guests enjoy personalized concierge services to assist with a vast assortment of requests. Call the Concierge at ext. 661970 from 8 a.m.–10 p.m. to arrange onsite services, offsite excursions, dinner reservations, special requests and more. For assistance outside of the Concierge hours, dial 0 from your villa phone to contact the Front Desk.
During your stay with us, you’ll have exclusive Signature wristbands. These wristbands will provide you with access to lazy river tubes, mini golf courses, the rock-climbing wall and a private pool deck. Wristbands may be collected from our Concierge team located on the 8th floor.
Note: Pool towels are in the master closet of your unit.
Don’t forget to take advantage of the exclusive priority seating perk offered to all Signature Collection guests at Breezes Restaurant & Bar, River Island Grilling Company and Tradewinds Bar & Grill. Simply notify the host at these participating restaurants to be added to the expedited queue.
