Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, feel free to dive into the joy of our resort amenities while we get your villa ready - there’s plenty to explore and enjoy.
Food & Beverage: Be sure to ask about special seasonal menu items. And, with the holiday season in full swing, we appreciate your extra patience at our onsite restaurants.
Medication: For your convenience, we’re happy to store critical items like medication in our refrigerators while you wait for your villa to be ready.
Absolutely! You can check in any time after 7 a.m., but please note we can’t guarantee your unit will be ready early. If the unit is ready, you’ll get your welcome packet, keys and room number. If your unit isn’t ready, you’ll receive your welcome packet and keys and can enjoy our property while you wait. Once your unit is ready, we’ll send you an automated voice message with your room number.
To use our Wi-Fi, connect to the HolidayInnClub network. No password is needed.
Check-out is promptly at 10 a.m. Departing your villa after 10 a.m. will result in a late departure fee applied to your folio. If you desire a later check-out, please contact Resort Services at (407) 477-7025.*
During your stay, a copy of your folio will be sent prior to 6:30 a.m. daily to the email address provided at check-in.
Leaving early? Let us know ahead of time and we will update your account and have a receipt of your stay ready to help speed your departure.
*Late check-out requests are subject to availability and limited due to high occupancy and the time it takes to prepare the unit for the next family’s arrival.
Express Check-Out:
Before departing, have your villa number and expected departure time handy and call ext. 664411. When departing, simply drop your key cards in the express box at the gate as you exit the resort.
If any charges were made to your account, they will be applied to the credit card you provided at check-in. Upon request, a receipt can be emailed or sent to your home.
While our regular check-out time is 10 a.m., later check-outs are available based on availability. To request a late check-out, please contact us the day before you’re scheduled to depart. Late check-outs are subject to a charge of $50 per hour from 10 a.m. to noon.
Since we are a timeshare resort and pride ourselves on giving you a home-away-from-home experience, we don’t have daily housekeeping on property. Your unit does have a utility closet with a vacuum, broom, ironing board, iron and other items you may need during your stay.
The only time our bellman can deliver packages to units is when it’s medically necessary. Otherwise, you must bring your ID and credit card to pick up any packages from the Resort Services office at the West Village Clubhouse that were received in your name. Please note that package pickup is free for all Holiday Inn Club Vacations members and owners. For non-members or owners, there is a $10 fee per package.
Our River Island units are either forest or pool side. We can’t guarantee a pool view.
You can buy your Play Pass at Putt-Putt® Golf in the West Village or Splash Shack or Island Golf in River Island. Please see location for current pricing.
While personal tubes can’t be used in our lazy river, we do have tubes for rent for $9 per day.
If you brought your own tube, you’re welcome to use it at any of the other pools on property.

Absolutely! If you arrive before your unit is ready or don’t leave until later in the day, you have access to the property and amenities for the day. We even offer a bellman closet to store your belongings.
While we do offer shuttles running every 15 to 20 minutes, they are only on-property shuttles. If you do need to go off property, Uber, Lyft and Mears are allowed on property to pick you up.
No, golf carts can only be rented during tee times for travel between holes on our golf courses. We do offer shuttles that run every 15 to 20 minutes if you would like a ride around our resort.
If you’re staying in a Clubhouse villa, ice machines are located on the second and third floor. If you’re staying outside of the Clubhouse, you have an ice machine in the freezer (though you may need to turn it on).
We do take a $115 incidental hold at check-in, but it will be released back to you when you check out (and you’ll see it back on your account after three to 10 business days.) This hold also makes your room key chargeable. Since we’re a cashless resort, we don’t accept cash anywhere on property (except cash bingo), so all charges must be made with a credit card, debit card or room key.
No, unfortunately you can’t bring your pet to the resort. Only service animals are permitted at this time. Any violations of this rule will result in a $500 pet cleaning fee.
