Grand Geneva on a Holiday Inn Budget

GREAT property with access to all that the Grand Geneva has to offer!

Excellent place to stay

Nice alternative to the other places in the area. Better value for the money as you get more space and a kitchen.

So much more room than a hotel

The pull out sofa is very much a pull out. Kids not sure if they would want to sleep on it again, would not recommend it for adults. Kind bed was great.

Poor sound insulation; no IHG rewards service

We could easily hear the conversation of guests in the adjoining suite from the living room area. So that was a disappointment. Another disappointment was that when at check-in we inquired about room upgrades and a late checkout, we were told that no Holiday Inn representative would be available until the next morning, and that the regular front desk staff were unable to help us. The room itself and the resort facilities were comfortable and attractive.

Average bed average service

I was turned off about being charged for room cleanup during my visit.

Clean and Family Friendly

Had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the cleanliness but would appreciate if more green chemicals were offered to clean with. In addition, the use of abrasive chemicals does not always have to be used and green should not be an alternative but a go to. The space was very unique and comfortable. We look forward to returning. We enjoy the cozy atmosphere and could easily just spend the morning and lunch in the room!

Comfortable bed and great service.

The bed was by far the worst one I've ever slept in at a hotel. Staff, other than the spa attendants were very friendly and professional. The grounds were beautiful as usual.

Nice resort but with reservations

This is a very nice and clean resort. Everything was mostly great. Experience was good. Property was good, restaurants were fantastic and the food was great. One issue. Arrived way early and accomplished pre-checke in. Was told I would receive a call when room was ready. That did not come. Daily cleaning service is not the standard, which is not a problem. But I have never been to a place in which they want guests to remove their own trash upon check-out. I was not greeted as a priority club platinum member, nor offered any of the status perks. I would really like to come back during the warmer months and try out all this resort has to offer.

Excellent Upscale Resort

Beautiful Resort with fun options for the whole family. However none of the activities are included in the cost of your room so prepared to pay dearly for the fun stuff. Wonderful staff and delicious restaurant.

Perfect Fall Weekend Getaway

Stayed at this property one other time and enjoyed it very much. Knew we would come back. The condo is great and everything is provided for you. You are able to use the facilities at the Grand Geneva Resort which is awesome. Lake Geneva is a wonderful area to visit and especially pretty in the Fall!
