My stay
Property was great, stay was great. My dryer however did not dry the clothes, it ran but seemed like the heating element was broke. My dishwashers dry cycle was broken. At check in I got talked into a 90 min timeshare presentation, which ended up taking 2 1/2 hours of listening to an incredible old school sexist salesperson who proceeded to majorly, overly, in a dehumanizing way guilt us for saying no, and openly in an extremely rude and nasty way accuse us of wasting his time and proceeded to treat us like complete trash for saying no. Apparently sexist douche doesn't understand no means no. I was told at check in that check out was 11, maid services came by at 10:05 while we were loading things into the car and was extremely rude and demeaning for us still being there because apparently check out was 10 and we needed to be out immediately, when I said 20-30 min she rolled her eyes and said now. Check out was an incredibly bad experience because of that and I left my relaxing vacation with a very sour taste in my mouth.

Great IHG stopover in Vegas
Just passing thru and am an IHG Spire member so this is the Hotel chain that I primarily use. This was a very nice room with a restaurant

Great service, but pool was dirty
The room was great. The staff did an excellent job of making sure we are comfortable. The one thing that was disappointing was that the pool was dirty and the filter seem to be going slow.

5 stars Never stayed here before but anytime I come back to Vegas I will be sure to pick holiday inn vacation club. Had ZERO problems from the new checkin procedure to getting to my room. Once in my room i felt like I was at home. During my first couple of nights my ac stopped working and I brought it to the attention of the front desk and within minutes a maintenance man was at my door to fix the problem. Unfortunately it was not quickly fixable so the hotel moved me to a new upgraded room they even offered assistance helping me move but I politely declined. (Only took me a few min to pack and move). I would definitely recommend staying here for Leisure or business it is the perfect spot.
