Beautiful villa but did not get what I paid for

Great location, signature villa was nicely laid out and decorated, BUT the main reason we paid more to stay in building 3 was for the quiet pool and hot tub next to building and it was closed. No notice before driving all the way to resort, nothing on their website, was only informed AFTER checking in. Utterly disappointed with the lack of communication from resort. Also our villa key bands would not work to open any doors other than our villa so not able to use amenities unless someone let us in! (Or after checkout as informed by front desk agent) Was not worth the price paid.

StayCation

Very nice and comfortable resort with all the amenities one could ask for. Being able to go to the beach was extremely enjoyable and exciting. We able to relax around the pool was the best part for me. The lazy river was unique in design and was all fun.

Amazing Vacation

My family and I loved staying here! The entire experience was simply outstanding and we had a blast enjoying the property. The proximity to the beach was a huge benefit and the lazy river was a highlight!

Missed the Mark

Could be close to a dream vacation destination. The hindrance is the 4:00 check in time, even if you had reservations up to months in advances or even a Holiday Inn Rewards member. I was at least glad they had a place to store your luggage. It would have been great if they offered a way to change into bathing suits, so we could enjoy the pools. At the desk, they let housekeeping know we were there and they were trying to expedite our check in. They were supposed to have our phone number to let us know when it was ready. I continuely checked with the front desk, but I was not given any idea how much longer it would be. I did get a text from the desk asking us if we were enjoy our room, but we had not gotten word it was even ready. By this time, We had considered going to the magician who was to appear that evening but we were covered with sweat and worn out. This would have put another notch in having a great stay

Nice Resort

Resort was wonderful and would love to stay at this location again. However, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve ever had. I actually slept in the floor the second night. I could only book this location again if it were a room with double beds.

So much too do here on site.

My kids loved all the amenities and we truly never had to leave the property. I would definitely stay here in the future. Convenient spot that gets to many places quickly outside of the hotel. Definitely give it a try!

Was an incredibly easy stay here at the IHG cape caneveral resort. I have a small child and it was a pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.
