Customer service at front desk was not friendly and did not care about if I was an IHG member or not. When I checked in they acted like I was bothering them and the fact I was checking in two rooms really was a bother. When I asked for late check out that was just out of the question. When I got to our room (doors were outside), our door was open. We never received the internet code. The room was not clean, and the heat somewhat worked.

Less than par experience

Overall not happy with this hotel. Took too long to respond to the answer the call on the heater. No explanation of how to operate the heater which would have been answered by a simple card. No explanation of checkout procedures. No courtesy of what is in the area (restaurants, groceries, local attractions, etc). Son had crutches and the floor was a hazard. Pool area...a 2 year old was allowed in a hotel spa how was that sanitary. The hotel spa was barely covering the jets. Son almost fell off several times the wood walk to the beach. The restaurant felt like a walkup under placed overpriced place. You ordered your food and then sat down waiting for it to be brought to you. Why wasn't there a server? As for getting recognize, I got a bag with two bottles of water and told thanks for your loyalty. I get its off season, but why such poor service? When I pointed anything out to the front desk, I got duly notes. There was no follow up. I got basically a keep it going vibe. It just sucked.

Great stay, close to Port

I stayed here Pre-Cruise since it was close to the Port. Great location and I loved being able to see ships in port. Close walk to the beach and Jetty Park. The pool area with slides and hot tub were very nice. Spacious room with kitchen supplies provided. I had everything I needed. I am a female, solo traveler and felt very safe. It could be a bit noisy due to the echo of the outdoor hallways but nothing excessive.

Great resort and excellent location for cruises

Plenty of amenities

We had a great stay--my kids loved the options for putt-putt, pool/lazy river/water slide, and the close proximity to the beach!

Peaceful

The Resort is beautiful. Right on the beach where a tram car takes you from hotel to beach in minutes..check in wonderful and check out easy too Not enough staff to open slides and lazy river every day. Young children in jacuzzi are not chaperone.

Great Room and location but staff in food areas needs work

Check in was great, rooms were great and there is so much fun stuff to do with the family. But the tiki bar staff and restaurant staff need some work. I felt like they knew they were already getting a tip added on to the bill and had I don't care attitudes. We are such happy people and so easy to communicate with. I was really bummed about that!

An Average resort

The hotel is okay. I do not recommend staying here for any special occasions. We were here for our honeymoon before our cruise, and they only gave us a free dessert at the overpriced restaurant after being told management would call us about doing something for us. We got a smaller room at check in for the same price because we wanted one bed and was told they only have 2 beds in the balcony rooms. Overall, the stay was okay, and I wouldn't suggest staying here in the future for the price to stay here.

Great location near the cruise terminals

We stayed here recently to be close to the cruise terminal for a departure the following morning. The reception was great, the room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Fun options

Had a family meet up with 3 suites and a fabulous time for adults and kids. We plane to return when we have more time. We were headed to a cruise and arrived from multiple states for two nights prior to boarding. 7 adults and 4 little kids. Pool and tram were hits!
