Check in
This was my second time staying at this resort so I knew what to expect. We were checking in late so I was hoping they would skip the whole parking pass B's and just let me get to my room. While Heather was nice I was still told at the desk to go see her to get my pass where you get this whole spew about the time share. I told her it was late and I would talk to my husband. He was not interested but the next day they were calling my room to get us to sign up. I think if people are staying at the resort they should be left alone. If they want to sign up they will. Just ask and don't pressure. This time was better then the last. The first time I stayed they kept me in the lobby holding my parking pass for over 30 mins. I finally had to grab my pass and walk out. If it were not for the fact I love the room and resort I would not come back just based on the timeshare ploy.

Great place to stay!
A beautiful place that exceeded my expectations! We stayed 3 nights and I would definitely return. The staff was friendly and responsive. The ceiling fan in our room didn't work, but it was fixed within 15 minutes after reporting it to the office! Now that's service!

Excellent Resort
I really love to stay in Holiday INN Williamsburg resort. Good quality, nice service and convenient location. We had a lot of fun staying there during our Thanksgiving holiday 2017.

Great room. Hot water didn’t work in shower
I enjoyed my stay but the water in the sink took a long time to heat up and the hot water never came on in the shower

IHG Resorts Williamsburg - Second Visit
This was my second visit to the Williamsburg location. I was just as pleased this time around as I was the first time. Accommodations were excellent and staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Timing is everything
Unfortunately, we visited in the fall. The average daily temperature was changing, and the resort policies resulted in a cold uncomfortable unit.

Best vacation stay ever
I was blown away by the size of the villa and all the amenities it offered. I particularly loved the kitchen and balcony. I had everything I needed. What I didn't have the friendly staff could provide for me. The fitness facility was generous. The cafe was more than I expected. You can even play a game of bowling or try your luck in the arcade. There is always something to do. If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. It absolutely blew my mind away.

No hot water
Went to take a shower.turned on the water no hot water so I waited for 1/2 hour and still no hot water so I had to take a cold shower .when I went to check out the woman at the desk said oh that building has a problem with the plumbing and they can’t figure out what is wrong . But they didn’t bother to bring that up when I was checking in .
