Nice clean room great place to to the family

Our family had a good time definitely returning kids enjoyed the pool and the food .

Great place, needs some upgrades

We went here for a quick family getaway. There were plenty of on-site activities l, but not so many food choices and we ended up having to drive to Tyler. The 2 bedroom suite was nice, a tad bit dated, but just needs some upgrades. Overall the experience was wonderful.

Quiet time

The time to sleep was horrible and not well received by my family in the Villas. Always talking and loud noises after 11pm-1pm throughout. You could hear everything they were saying when they coming home. Very bad.

Two bedrooms and kitchens

I came with my family. We all were able to enjoy the rooms. Pull out sofa for the kids was comfy. The fireplace was soothing. There was enough room for all of us to eat breakfast in the room. Loved the products available so we didn’t have to buy ie dishwashing detergent, dish soap and other kitchen supplies. We didn’t eat on site so I can’t comment but saw there were many family activities. I would definitely rebook!!

Great amenities, should utilize kitchen

This property was a hit for our children, it had all kinds of activities to keep us busy every minute of the day. It was well worth the price we paid to book. I would suggest taking food to prepare your own meals, the only restaurants on site were very casual and had limited hours of service. All of them offered burgers, pizza, chicken tender kind of options; not anything upscale or healthy really. The property was very well kept and the staff friendly and helpful, rooms were somewhat dated and could use a deep clean but served their purpose. I would definitely revisit and recommend.

Overpriced and under delivered

No hot water. No working elevator. Dirty hotel hallways and staircases. Broken bathroom fixtures. No EV charger. Middle of nowhere. All of this, yet, the hotel was still priced the same as a 4-star hotel in Dallas. Only redeeming factor was the friendly staff, but that wasn’t enough.

I wasn't impressed

I had the impression. That I would have access to a washer and dryer while I stayed for 5 day's. The restroom wasn't up to part. I wanted a shower I both bedroom and didn't get it. No playground was near for my grandkids I wasn't sure why the wifi wasn't working. IT couldn't fix it. The gift card that was given to me didn't work

Lovely and spacious Villa

The 2 bedroom villa at the beach club was well furnished and very spacious for 5 people. We enjoyed the waterpark and the swimming pools. The family enjoyed the 4th of July activities like Bingo and tie dyed shirts for the kids or adults.

Perfect vacation

The staff is very nice,rooms are clean and everything in the room made a comfortable stay for all 5 of us.I recommend staying here for your travel.I am planning for myself,family and friends to go back.

It was okay

The website information is wrong. The operational times listed were inaccurate. The highlights are the marina and water park. The price point doesn’t match the room and the walls are thin. I enjoyed running children all night and day, when I asked to be moved so we could enjoy our vacation I was moved to another room with running children above us. Disappointed to say the least.
