Great views poor service

At one point I called services and was talking to somebody and she hung up on me. I got an late checkout and our keys didn't work and was asked to go back to the main building to get new keys.

Great location

Awesome ski in and ski out location! Professional and kind drivers.Easy to get to lift and always know you've a safe ride back waiting for you, even on Christmas day! Thank you to all those who drove us while staying.

Great accommodations great location

I chose this hotel because of the location near heavenly mountain, and because it offered the best stay for the value. When I got to the hotel, I did not expect it to be so nice. I am very pleased with my experience.

Very poor experience

We had a really rough check in that included moving to three rooms due to amenities and issues with rooms. I’m not a high maintenance person at all. I’ve never written a complaint. The next day, I asked to be checked out early and they understood due to the issues. They said I’d be charged first night and checked me out. They checked me out and then when I called back to check on it since I never got the confirmation, they said they had proof that I had checked out but that they couldn’t do anything to make it right or for charging me. They did nothing to support after saying that I wouldn’t be charged. It was issues with their hotel causing it. No one followed up. Pretty bizarre experience. I would never stay here or recommend it to anyone. The rooms were nowhere near worth the price, there are better options, and there are better options with working heat and amenities. Very pretty location though… very poor experience.

Clean, comfortable resort

This resort was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The views were amazing and their customer service was on target. We will be back.

Great getaway

I was looking for a quick get away from town, this place was perfect. The large tub in the room was heaven.

Great resorts and overall a great experience

Kids are having a great time in this beautiful resort, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well maintained, will come back again

Huge room

My family and I had so much comfort and space to relax and bond. It felt like a little home to us. And the view was beautiful. I hope to be back one day.

Great inclusive resort!

I really enjoyed my stay. The vast majority of things needed were here and the staff were fabulous. I can't wait to come back to ski and use the mini-gondola.

Comfort room and great service, will come again!

I had a very good vacation experience at this resort. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was big and easy to use. Dinner was delicious. The staff were all very nice and helpful, especially the nice lady who provided a lot of information during check-in. I would definitely come again!
