A Little Disappointed
This may have been a lot better if the staff was more professional. I had to go to a competitor hotel on my subsequent visit to Myrtle Bch.

Relaxing and affordable stay!
Very friendly staff, clean resort, and plenty of pools for us and our child! Close to the beach with shuttles running every 15 minutes. Will definitely visit again

There were some issues that were quickly resolved. The queen bed seemed more like a full and my only real complaint, which the resort has no control of, was the airplane noise. We couldn't keep the balcony door open due to the noise.

Great Property - be prepared to say no to timeshare pitch
This property is great. We booked on the IHG app and expected a seamless checkin. Unfortunately, we were pressured to attend a timeshare presentation. Be prepared to firmly say no immediately. The front desk attendant followed us to our room in the dark with a contract to sign. It was not the typical IHG experience.

I am a regular in this resort. Angel has been amazing to work with and I highly recommend this place. If you want a strong drink, go to market place and have Linda make it for you. She is amazing when it comes to food or drinks

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Clubhouse on the ocean is convenient. Shuttle service is timely. The staff is friendly. The grounds are well maintained. Swimming pools are designed for all ages.

Room calls
I do not appreciate getting several calls each day asking if I wanted to take the timeshare tour. I feel that as I was asked that when checking in a declined then, that I should not have been receiving calls over an over to take the tour. If I had came to stay at the resort to do that I would have signed up, but I came to relax with my family.

Very roomy 2 bedroom condo
As owners at South Beach for over 20 years, we have always found the property to be excellent in comparison to other properties in Myrtle Beach-the condos are roomy, the staff accommodating and the parking is great! I hope the The Holiday Inn Club will continue to update the buildings every five years as was promised when we bought into the Burroughs/Chapin experience!

Enjoyed the comfort of our bed
Our visit was for a nephews birthday party. I just lost my husband in February and have been extremely reluctant to go out so when my daughter asked if we could share the cost and she would drive I was in. The accommodations were excellent and we have already booked another visit.
