Great room with fire place
The hotel was in great location and room was very clean. Only issue we had was not ALL the amenities were available when we stand due to construction. This was not explained to us at time of booking.

Amazing location and amazing property
As a spire elite member I have roughly around 250 plus nights in hotels all around the world. This property far exceeded any IHG place that I have ever stayed in. The location is amazing the staff was great and the property was breathtaking. If you get a chance to stay here I would for sure 100% take the time and do it!

Smokey Mountain vacation
great location within walking distance to main strip and dining. Just minutes from the national park of the great smoky mountains. Daily events to keep you busy when not out and about.

Okay...if you like salespeople...
Only stay here if you want to be tempted with spending money for the town by sitting through a presentation about the IHG properties...right when you check in - exhausted and ready to relax. And then - you get calls with further opportunities. No thank you!

Clean resort close proximity to attractions
We enjoyed our stay at the resort. All Staff members were friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and comfortable. The resort was in a great location. The only thing I did not like was the pressure going to 2 hour resort tour and information session to become a Timeshare member.

Super nice
PROS: 1) Super nice, 2) Loved the indoor kids pool/play area, 3) Good rate for a 2-bedroom. Place was huge! ----CONS: 1) Slightly rude security at night for late check-in, 2) I accessed my bank account on the hotel Wi-Fi and all of my bank account information was stolen. Had to close all my bank accounts and open new ones... setup all my direct deposits, auto drafts, etc. again.

Super nice
PROS: 1) Super nice, 2) Loved the indoor kids pool/play area, 3) Good rate for a 2-bedroom. Place was huge! ----CONS: 1) Slightly rude security at night for late check-in, 2) I accessed my bank account on the hotel Wi-Fi and all of my bank account information was stolen. The thieves took around $1,000. Had to close all my bank accounts and open new ones... setup all my direct deposits, auto drafts, etc. again.

Water park is great. Kids love it. Great location and the rooms are spacious. Our go to destination in Gatlinburg.
