Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our short stay...the property was lovely and the restaurant was excellent.

Lots of space, but not the same as a hotel

1. Wasn't given the room I thought I had booked online, with one bed being a double instead of a Queen. 2. There were broken pretzel pieces on the living room floor that I had to vacuum after notifying the front desk, and they in turn pointed me to the vacuum stored in a bedroom. 3. Ice maker did not work. 4. Bathroom amenities very limited. 5. When you book a Vacation Club room through the IHG website, they don't tell you that it does not offer the same services as a hotel room - e.g., no daily maid service.

Exceeded expectations!

What a great place. My family enjoyed the entire facility, the pools were great, the room was huge and very clean. And the staff was very friendly. Definitely coming back!

Maintenance issues and problems with room

We had maintenance issues with our room. I’ve been asked to resubmit my review as my previous review had some legal issues IHG said did not meet their posting guidelines. The maintenance issues affected our stay and our belongings. We weren’t compensated for the problems nor were we helped to clean/move all our items. We were told we’d be contacted by someone within 48 hours. It’s now been almost a week and still no contact.

False advertising

Terrible Stay....not ADA accessible and time share facility that was not advertised.

Great Experience

Super staff, nice accommodations. Only stayed one night but wish we would’ve spent more time there. Go for the 2 bedroom suite.

Excellent services and amenities

We were here with all four kids as a combined business/leisure trip. The four pools were great for the kids, especially being heated with it being a little chilly in the evenings. The activities offered and the Activity Center were also very appreciated. Love the fact that we could do laundry in the unit and the unit was so spacious.
