Atención muy buena. La comida me sorprendio.

La comida no muy extensa, pero de muy buena calidad. La atención excelente. La bebida se queda corta. Alberca muy agusto asi como la playa. Opciones de comida todo El tiempo. En general tiempo de calidad.

Great Stay with Top-Notch Facilities and Friendly

We had a minor issue during our stay when using the hairdryer caused a circuit breaker to trip, and it took a bit of time for the front desk to resolve it. However, once the staff arrived, they quickly turned the power back on. Despite that slight inconvenience, our overall experience was wonderful. The staff at the front desk, restaurants, and bar were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The pool, beach, and room facilities were top-notch, and the food and drinks at all three restaurants and the bar were delicious. Although we don't have children yet, we noticed a lot of families with kids enjoying their time, making us feel this would be a great place to bring our future children. Since we are visiting from abroad, we won't be able to come very often, but we would love to return whenever we get the chance!

Cambiar camas por unas más grandes

Creo que podrían intentar de realizar un cambio de camas por unas un poco más grande, al ser habitación compartida dos camas queen con dos hijos y una esposa y uno siendo XXL pues es un poco incómodo, es lo único que cambiaría el reto todo genial, si diría que algo de poco de mayor calidad en el desayuno sería genial, las instalaciones lo permiten

Hotel familiar

Es un hotel super apto para familias, limpieza excelente, buen estado de las instalaciones, piscinas limpias, habitaciones pulcras con todo los implementls necesarios ,refri cafetera, secadora de cabello , todas con vista espectacular

Excelente Resort para vacaciones

Hotel agradable, limpio, cumple con los estándares de seguridad y contra incendio de IHG, habitación limpia, silenciosa, buen equipada y con un aire acondicionado excelente, buena comida y servicio, personal en su gran mayoría muy amable y con un buen servicio y actitud

Disappointing Experience: Unequal Service Based on

The experience was disappointed. One of the main issues was the service. Several of the waiters and servers did not seem particularly friendly or welcoming. We were given wristbands based on our reservation, and during our stay, I noticed what appeared to be a difference in the way guests were treated depending on the color of their wristband. Overall, this made my family and me feel uncomfortable and less valued as guests

Great for family vacation!

Great value for an all-inclusive resort. Spacious room, great views. We had a two-bedroom suite with full kitchen and two bathrooms. Staff was courteous, kind and responsive. Not everything at the buffet restaurant, La Veranda, was great, but with so many offerings, it was easy to pick something else to eat. I would stay here again, but would request a room in the building complex that overlooks the pool that is featured on the resort website (with the dolphin figures). That complex houses the main lobby, the convenience store, the gift shop, the sports bar, the social activities center, the self-service laundry, etc. The other complex, where we stayed is about a 5-7 minute walk through the buildings to get to the main complex. We didn't mind, our kids are older, but families with younger children might find it more convenient to stay in the main lobby building complex.

Fuimos con mi esposo y mi bebé de un año y medio. La pasamos estupendo! El hotel es muy familiar, lo cual fue bueno para nosotros y nuestro bebé. La Atencion fue excelente. La comida deliciosa la piscina es tan grande que no se siente llena
