Spacious accommodations with great family amenities

Spacious accommodations with great family amenities! Pools and cabanas were fun and well attended to. Rooms were comfortable and so nice that our daughter requested to spend an entire day of our vacation at the hotel/resort instead of going to Disney!

Yes, I recommend this property.

Clean rooms

The resort and rooms were clean, but hotel staff was mediocre and prices for food and drink were overpriced. Kids had a blast on pools, but beware you can’t bring floaters of any sort, even for toddlers. And you have to rent their tubes for the River, again ridiculous for the price you pay to stay here.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Decent stay, horrible checkin

Property is huge and the amenities are very nice. The pools and bar/restaurants are clean and provide good food options. We had a renovated 2 bedroom villa that was clean and private. Overall room was very nice but some cooking utensils were missing and some outlets didn't work but overall a really nice stay. Check in is terrible. You can't just check in and get your keys and be on about your stay. You need to go to a time share salesperson to be harassed while they hold your room key hostage as you repeatedly tell them your not interested in their "90 minute" presentation. If I went there on a promotion, I could understand this tactic but as someone who booked this as I would any other resort/hotel I expect a normal, brief, professional check experience, that's not the MO of this place.

Yes, I recommend this property.

If your a smoker your in luck....they don't care

It's the worst when you get a room that the neighbors smoke...you complain and it gets worse. No repercussions no room changes

Yes, I recommend this property.

Worth the experience

Everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant professional and helpful in every way that I needed. Everything was well kept clean. The grounds were very manicured very attractive. The staff seem eager to help transport you to other areas of the resort and make your stay wonderful.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Decent place to stay

My kids love coming here. They enjoy the pool and slide they have, but what kid doesn’t love the pool. Great service. Bed was a little hard though.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great stay!

My husband and I had such a wonderful one night stay. We booked a two bedroom and absolutely loved the two bedroom we were placed in. It was a beautiful condo type room. We were close to the check in building and also close to a pool with the kids play area. We enjoyed taking a walk on the property. It’s was cool seeing so much wildlife. We also enjoy driving over to River Island for the lazy river and other activities. As for the room we have no complaints. It was like staying in a cozy two bedroom condo. We had an end unit so there was no one above us or below us. The unit had full-size appliances as well. We had a huge deck with two lounge chairs and a table with 4 chairs. My personal favorite part was the Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. Overall this was one of our most relaxing staycations we have ever done. Can’t wait to book another stay.

Yes, I recommend this property.

HUGE resort with some service issues

Be prepared to drive everywhere! With the exception of a few villas and buildings, I'd say that 80% of the rooms in the resort require you to either use your car to get everywhere, or use the shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. Even for simple things such as coffee in the morning I had to use my car. There is a pizzeria on-site that delivers to the rooms, but the minimum charge is $25. So if you just want a large pizza delivered, they won't do it unless you add other things to your order. The renovated rooms are very nice but the walls are thin and when the room next to us decided to have a party until 2AM, we couldn't sleep. We had multiple issues with our room keys and with a maintenance person walking into our room while we were there, without notice. While they were apologetic, I did not feel like the hotel management or service staff really cared about this or the other issues we had.

Yes, I recommend this property.
