Uncomfortable mattresses and phone calls everyday
I enjoyed this resort for years but this year, I’m not quite sure what happened. It was a mess from the beginning. Not being treated as an owner, because we had no to pay for our stay it was called a rental and didn't qualify for the wrist bands they give owners and missed out on the discounts. The mattress was horrible it sounded like rolled up papers every time you rolled or got up .

Excellent resort
My family and I absolutely loved this orange lake resort. I had stayed here multiple time as a kid back in the early 80’s and remembered how much fun it was then. Just wanted to see how it’s changed and developed since then. It was an excellent experience and we will definitely be back.

Elsie checked us in and she was amazing! Took time to explain where everything was, gave us extra parking pass we requested and after we went to room and was not room we expected made sure we got room changed. She was sooo nice and never made it seem like we were a bother!! Other staff members were also very friendly and professional but she stood out and deserves to be recognized for it!

Overall great place to getaway
This resort has been awesome as long as I’ve been coming here. Staff do everything they can do accommodate you, the location is fantastic for Disney, there is so much to do on-site. The rooms are always clean and well equipped. Resort was at 98% capacity and still we weren’t disturbed by neighbors a single time in our 8 days there. Wonderful experience, as always.

Lots of amenities and different things to do, but would prefer more dining options later than 4 PM at the river Island waterpark with more menu options after 5 for dinner. Better cleaning of the floors
