Dirty, horrible service
When we checked in our room was not available. They said they would call us when it was. We got the call the NEXT DAY! When we finally checked in, our villa was filthy. The carpet was more black than the color it was supposed to be. It had not been swept and the washer had gooey stuff all over it. The refrigerator had been turned off which we didn't know so when we put our groceries in, our food was ruined. Our dryer didn't work and our dishwasher didn't work. It's not fun to have to do dishes while on vacation I called the front desk numerous times and they were not helpful at all. They said they would get back with me and never did. All in all this was not a fun time and I was very disappointed in my stay. I would not recommend this resort.

The check in for loyal customers of IHG needs to be better. It took me over an hour to check in

Mi opinion cuenta. Servicio excelente
Les doy gracias a todos. Este resort es buenisimo comodo. Yo lo visite pq me lo recomendaron. Soy ministro y estaba muy cansada. Este lugar es acogedor no solo para mi que tengo 69 anos, sino hasta para los bebes. Pq hay actividades para todos. Venga se lo recomiendo. La seguridad es formidabl. Gracias a todos.

Spacious room
Room was very nice. We had a 2 bedroom suite. Full size kitchen, washer, dryer, 2bathrooms. Plenty of room for our family.

Beautiful Resort
The resort was beautiful and the villa we stayed in was very comfortable. The view allowed my family to see the fireworks from the Disney Theme parks. Only bad experience was dealing with the timeshare realtors.

Good fun
We only stayed overnight. Too bad . It would be great to go bad and stay longer. We only had time to enjoy the lazy river. Loved the shuttle service. Our 2 bedroom villa was a great value
