Stay-cay
Such a great experience from check in- quick, efficient and was upgraded to a bigger villa. We intended to go out but we enjoyed the resort so much we never left. Breakfast was great- servers and greeters were kind, helpful and welcoming- only thing lacking was turkey or vegetarian meat substitutes. My group and I didnt want it to end and are looking forward to returning soon!

Pesimo hotel
No te realizan limpieza, te persiguen en mucho las personas para venderte sus planes vacionales RCI, el personal que atiende los restaurantessiempre molestos, mal encardos y pesismos tratos

Fun!
So much to do without breaking the bank! You can literally spend 2 days doing different things on the resort alone!

Great family vacation
We took our first family trip and it was amazing! We didnt have to leave the resort in order to enjoy our time. From the water slide to the lazy river there was so mamy things to do for the whole family!

Very Nice
A friend referred this HI to me. Great bang for the buck. Nice location, all staff was very professional, friendly and helpful, very clean facilities and rooms, lots to see and do, great breakfast. Overall my stay was excellent. I highly recommend will stay here again.

Poor Check In Experience
Poor check in experience where the parking pass is held until you are pressured into a time share and have to answer personal questions about your stay at their hotel. Avoid this by just asking for the parking pass at the first check in. No early check in despite the request, once I received the call that the room was ready, it was not. Pool was dirty and the hot tub was freighted with middle age partiers smoking pot and chugging booze. Not family appropriate. Most amenities including the lazy river tubes, mini golf, etc are extra ($170 extra pp!)

Great service
My children are older so instead of Xmas gifts we make memories instead ! Thank you orange lake for making some special memories for the past three years ! From the moment we checked in to when we checked out we were greeted and made to feel welcome looking forward to next year

Weekend away
We booked a room on line, upon arriving front desk stated it was not available. They stated there was a water issue. I believe since we checked in late they gave our room away thinking we would not show. The manager was rude and did little to help. We will not return.
