Nice place to stay

Wonderful

This place is great! The staff were all wonderful! Big shout out to Laura, who called to confirm everything! She was super accommodating especially when it came to a medical issue I was concerned about, she addressed it and made our stay so much easier!! Jaden was great at check in! Super friendly! Also loved how throughout our stay we were checked on to make sure every need was met! They went above and beyond!

I would think they would compensate me for all the bother of changing rooms and all the hardship my wife went thru to wash all the clothing

Family stay

Overall we had a good experience staying as a family of four. We had a couple of issues pop up that were promptly addressed by the staff. There are no elevators so it can be a lot of stair climbing if you are on the second or third floor. The amenities are nice we enjoyed the pools and mini golf.

Peaceful

Very beautiful property. Love the peaceful environment. Only stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the amenities. Look forward to staying here again

Beware the hidden fees!

Beware the resort fees. Early morning (6 am) car with a challenged muffler was parked outside our room. The staff was very very nice and the room was clean. The decor is tired and the coffee maker only made 12 cups!

Beyond Expectations

Our stay in a two bedroom presidential suite beyond my expectations. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was very nice. The grounds, including the children’s recreational activities were great . Location near Tanglewood was super convenient. My grandkids enjoyed the pools, arcade, the ping-pong, and mini golf. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the schedule of activities available, but there is certainly a nice variety of things they could have done. We were happy to find that the café did actually offer breakfast (Although the coffee needs to be upgraded) as well as burgers. hotdog and nachos, etc., through the day. It was a bonus to be able to stay on property and use the facilities on our checkout day. The staff were all very professional and helpful.

Great Accommodations - Except Weight Room

Excellent location—quiet, clean, and professional. The one enhancement that "should" be made is to the weight room. The benches are not of good quality, and the treadmills have been around the block a few times. I put the weight bench flat and did the first set of presses. On the second set, as I extended my arms to start, the longest part of the bench fell to the next lower level. I didn't have it set correctly, but it was interesting that I could do the first set without issues. I finished the third set on the floor. The benches looked a bit sketchy to begin with. Otherwise, my stay was good.

Our second home.

This is a great family vacation location. Lots of amenities, full size kitchen, big bedrooms with their own bathrooms for privacy. Balcony to enjoy an outside meal or to relax and play family games. Great outdoor sports and swimming. Been going for many years. We will be back next year.

Dirty and in need of a major remodel

Appreciated the size. The furniture, floors and carpets were filthy. The kitchen cabinets are so old they do not close. The upstairs bathroom had no toilet paper roller holder. There was a scant amount body soap in the shower dispenser. Does anyone check these things? The living room air conditioner was so old and dirty that I am sure it is a health hazard. If we do not get sick from the dirty air conditioner, we will be lucky. The furniture is old and dirty! I washed every single thing that came in contact with the disgusting furniture. The place is in need of remodeling. New furniture, new flooring. Wash the floors and carpets that are there now. IT was a horrible stay and we could harldy wait until we could leave!
