Myrtle Beach Weekend

Great place just could use some improving on staff. Check in and restaurant areas were the ones that need addressed. The TV kept pausing through out the day on all TVs in the suite. Overall it was a very nice place.

Sleep Comfortably, But Skip The Food

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Main complaints were 1) the loud music coming from the pool / outdoor bar area. I could see if this were the middle of summer, but it was the middle of February. 2) Food in the coffee shop was poorly executed. Ordered two eggs over easy. They came out raw. When sent back, they came out over cooked with the yolks completely cooked. Omelet had ingredients in it that were explicitly asked to be left out. That was on top of the 45 minute wait. By the time the one breakfast came back out, it was over an hour just waiting for the food. It would have been worse if we had paid for it out of our pocket, but we had a $150 property credit for attending a sales presentation. 3) few amenities for a resort

Excellent vacation hotel

From the moment you walk in the lobby, you feel that your experience is going to be great. I had the same experience when I walked in the room. It’s very spacious throughout the whole hotel. The outside is also gorgeous with the beach front and your room. I will be returning soon.

Best Experience

We walked in and were immediately amazed ! Unlike some other locations this one is clean, clean, clean! The rooms are spacious and everything is easy to access in the building. We loved it so much we became club members.

A wonderful winter retreat!

We stayed here for a week in January. Our stay was 10/10! Our room was clean and very spacious and modern! Though there were no indoor pools, we enjoyed many swims in the outdoor hot tubs and occasionally plunged into the heated pool. The only downsides were our view. It would have been nice to know upon booking that we were not choosing a room with a view..instead we overlooked a parking lot to the neighboring restaurant. The other unpleasant part was being pressured to attend the time share gig. We were not interested in the least bit as we have family with a very poor experience in time sharing and it felt that we kept getting asked to attend the meetings for a “free stay”. The parking is great! Access to the beach was wonderful! We would gladly stay here again!

Excellence at it's finest

Had a blast at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Myrtle Beach! ️ The resort's location is prime - just a short walk to the beach and plenty of shops and eateries nearby. Our studio suite was clean and comfy, with a nice view of the fountain area. The service was friendly. Would definitely come back for a chill beach vacation!

Hope Restored

I cannot express enough gratitude to the management and staff at this resort. We booked our Christmas vacation nearly a year in advance, but a week before arrival, we were given incorrect information about our room configuration. We arrived to find we were one bed short, a major issue for our large family. However, after reaching out to leadership, the resolution was nothing short of a 5+ star experience. What the staff didn’t know at first was that this was a incredibly sensitive time for us; we were gathered to spend precious time together as my mother-in-law was transitioning. Management took full accountability and went above and beyond to make things right. From my husband, kids, grandkids, and dear friends—thank you for giving us a seamless and amazing holiday experience during a difficult time. You didn't just fix a room; you saved our family's Christmas memories. We are eternally grateful."

Myrtle Beach resort we booked the wrong place

The resort was really nice well maintained clean new furniture just because they can use a iRobot to vacuum the carpets kind of bland, but I probably would never stay here again because it is open. There’s no privacy you can see into the rooms across the water into the other building buildings everything that’s going on into the swimming area. It cost four dollars to walk the pier. I just didn’t like the fact there was no privacy at all I’m used to staying at the other resort that is across the street from it, which has a lot more amenities privacy and things for the kids to do for entertainment.

Weekend stay

Hotel was excellent we decided to stay an extra day and staff was able to keep us in the same room.
