This Hotel was so clean, friendly staff and the pool was Amazing. I will be staying at this hotel anytime I visit Myrtle Beach, SC.

**Very Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Money** From the check-in process to the condition of the room, this experience was extremely disappointing. The check-in process was poor, and it was frustrating to find that no one seemed to be available or willing to help after hours. The room itself was unacceptable. There was a bug in the room, and the outlet didn’t work, leaving me having to cook a bagel on the floor just to get it done. On top of that, I specifically paid extra for a beach view, only to end up looking out at an abandoned parking lot. That is not what I paid for, and it felt like a complete waste of money. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. Both online and in person, the interactions gave the impression that nobody really cared about the customer experience or making things right. For what I paid, I expected a clean room, the view I booked, working amenities, and staff who were willing to help. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, and I would think twice before staying here again.

Customer Service

This was a horrible trip from start until finish, I had requested certain things as I always do and none of the request were met nor did the front desk person Jose try to see that our needs were met. He was adamant on that, the hotel was sold out and nothing could be done which I know wasn’t true. We have stayed here several times and I have to say that each and everything we requested nothing unusual wasn’t met. Seem like everytime we go here it’s always new employees.

Awesome resort stay at Holiday Inn Vacation Villas

Excellent Property and Vacation Experience. Pool area was beautiful. Suites were outstanding. An excellent choice in Myrtle Beach.

I had a wonderful stay Everything in the room was just magnificent clean comfortable temperature wise was excellent. I would definitely recommend staying and I will definitely stay again.

It’s absolutely beautiful hotel. I will definitely come back! Bed and pillows helped me to have a wonderful rest) Even angle ocean view was great.

My Myrtle Beach stay

The hotel was a little south of the main boardwalk area, but that was ok. The hotel room was way more than I expected with a ton of extra features. My only complaint was that there was no daily or any housekeeping.

The Best Hands Down

This marks our second year in a row choosing this property, and it remains our absolute favorite. The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. We stayed in room 602 and it was just beautiful! #vacation #travel #hotel

Nice resort

was a very nice resort with a great pool area very clean beds could've been a little better as far as comfort and the lounge chair cushions on the balcony where filthy. I recommend unplugging the room phone because for the first two days they called both mornings trying to get me to go to the presentation after telling them no check-in.
