A great getaway

My family and I had such a great time. The hotel was clean, spacious, functional, and comfortable. The hotel is well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is top notch.

Wonderful stay over the 4th

Lovely facility and not overly crowded during a very busy holiday week. Very nice staff and easy to access the beach from the parking deck below the building. Great to store beach equipment in your car and then head up to the pool or the room. Very convenient!!!

Great hotel, so long as…

The hotel is great, the staff is great, the pool and access to the beach are great. Only thing I would recommend staying away from is the timeshare presentation they offer. They say they pay you for your time to hear them out… it was about 7 hours of no continuous talking until they finally gave me the 150 dollar , definitely not worth it, I lost a whole day on my vacation. Decline at all costs

Great Stay

Resort was modern and clean. Lobby area was a bit warm. Possible HVAC issues in lobby. Room was great with a spacious bathroom and extra sink area. Pool was great. Fountain lights look very cool at night and perfect place to lounge and listen to the ocean after sunset.

Beautiful newer property

I was in MB for a dance convention. It was 4+ miles to Convention Center. Easy drive in the Am w/little traffic. Front desk was helpful upon checkin, food & beverage staff friendly. Little interaction w/other hotel staff. Pool & beach access were perfect. Bathrooms need better lighting & more towel hooks for hand towels & shower towels.

The overall stay was excellent,, I recommend anyone in the Myrtle Beach area to stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean , the staff was very friendly, My overall stay was excellent

Disappointing stay

Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I expected. While I will say the resort itself was very clean and the rooms were nice, I was disappointed that the photos used during booking were misleading about the actual room location. I booked a 1-bedroom Signature Villa expecting the pool view shown in the photos, but that was not what I received. I was later told that I needed to call ahead and specifically request that type of room, which was frustrating because that information was never made clear during the booking process. On top of that, I had called about a week before my stay to ask about construction on the beach and was told there was no construction going on and that they didn’t know anything about it. When we arrived, however, they were working on the beach right below the resort, which was very disappointing and affected the overall experience. I also did not appreciate being approached about purchasing a timeshare immediately during check-in. It made the experience feel more like a sales pitch than the relaxing getaway I was expecting. I think the resort needs to be much more transparent about room locations, construction, and specific booking details so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Overall, the property itself was nice, clean, and well maintained, but the booking experience and check-in process need significant improvement.

Everything was remarkable...I would highly recommend staying here definitely worth the price per night Everything was perfect and I'm coming back to stay longer.
