Family property

This property offers a lot for families and adults. Great indoor pool with lifeguard, activities for younger kids and older kids. The property is spread out among 3 different entrances and located on its own golf course. We liked that it was quiet and just a few miles from Branson landing.

great location and friendly staff

Great get away with fantastic location. Close to everything but far away from the hustle. Staff was great and responded promptly to our needs.

Decent but needs updating and watch for high pressure sales

Did not like the high pressure sales nor did I like the couple below us complaining that we were loud at 8:30 AM when we were just getting ready to leave and packing bags. The overall room was dated and there are much nicer IHG hotels to stay at.

Great for large family

This property offered enough space for a family was 6. Was clean and comfortable for the two nights we were there. The staff was cheerful and helpful. Dining options are limited on the property and. for us, it was a drive to the indoor pool and activities center. The property is large and very easy to get lost on. Will stay again though.

Great hotel for a vacation

Hotel staff was friendly and hotel is very clean and organized.

Inspect your room

I would suggest inspecting your room before getting unpacked. I could tell it wasn’t great and If we hadn’t already moved in and climbed the stairs and if I didn’t have a little girl begging me to take her swimming I would have taken a better look around and asked for another one that was clean. The villa we stayed in was old run down and dirty. We couldn’t relax. Pillows smelled musty and it was just plain dirty dusty and gross. We had to Open the bag of extra bedding and lay a blanket on the couch because it just smelled like body odor .

Awesome Stay, Resort, Room, Everything!

This resort made our family vacation probably the best we have ever had. The room looked brand new and clean. All the appliances worked well and were clean. The bathroom and bedroom were clean and new looking. The family loved the pools. The laundry buildings were spotless and nice too. It was really just an awesome resort. All in all, it was a 10 out of 10.

Great family vacation

Overall pleased with stay. Kitchen is well stocked. No housekeeping during the stay which we didn’t know until check in. Master bath outdated and not maintained well (poor caulking and moldy curtain. Master bath tub/shower combo weird. They have mirrors and a curtain but it’s open to the bed and sink. Toilet would get stopped up but they had a plunger in the room.
