Do not recommend

Outdated property. 2 bedroom was actually a 1 bedroom apt with an adjoining 1 bedroom “room”. The lights from the walkway outside of the unit was extremely bright with no darkening curtains. Horrible to try and sleep like that. Water pressure was miserable none what so ever! Had to get a cup to rinse shampoo out of hair. Definitely would not recommend this property.

Wonderful experience

We completely enjoy staying at the Thousand Hills Resort each time we arrive. The villas are clean and very comfortable.

Great stay and wonderful staff.

Clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Older units could use some updating but doesn't take away from the comfort and enjoyable stay. Better coffee makers and coffee would be a request.

Beware! nice but time share

Beware when staying here its a time share property they will hound you to listen to their presentation. Also they have hidden fees. when I checked in I had to pay a nightly fee along with a parking fee that I was unaware of at the time of making this reservation. However this is a nice hotel with a lot of extras like pool, game room etc. Our room had a full kitchen two bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a nice deck.

Wonderful condo experience

Our family decided to celebrate our Christmas this year in Branson. I was fortunate to find Holiday Hills Branson Resort online as i looked for condos that didn't require a timeshare. It proved to be a great choice! I reserved 3 condos/villas that had 2 rooms each so each of our grown kids and their little ones could have their own space. We all loved the condos and their amenities. Also the location was great - away from the noise of the town but not far away from the festive downtown and strip. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The playground and pool were great for the kids. The staff was quick to respond to a couple needs we had. We definitely have plans to return to this location the next time we come to Branson assuming the price fits our budget again! (not sure what the price is during different times of the year.) A neat feature was that a staff member communicated with me not long after we arrived via text to see if we needed anything. Having a number to text when we had a question or issue was very convenient versus going to the registration center. Highly recommend Holiday Hills Branson Resort.

Comfortable

The overall place is nice and makes you feel like you're at home

Bed was not comfortable and poor cleanliness

I don’t think the mattress has been changed in years and the room was not cleaned very well. There was a hardened waffle in the corner of the bedroom and the carpet was sticky

High pressure sales

Want to sell time shares and kept asking calling room. So sick of advertising to current customers

Great beds. Beautiful property

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel was excellent and property was beautiful the lay out is beautiful and so many things to do. We will be back in March to stay again and can not wait to bring family with us on our next visit

Great location and quiet!

Overall great experience here. Great rooms and living area. A lot to do with the golf coarse as well. The bathrooms could be updated but we’re still in good overall condition.
