Time share pitch

Really disappointed in this property. The overall property is pleasant, however they try to sell you a timeshare when you check in. In addition, we still don't have our security deposit back. We have never stayed at a hotel where you don't receive your security deposit back within 48 hours. The staff at checkout told me it takes 7-10 business days. Rubbish. The hotel is making interest on our money!

Guys Getaway

I booked this location for my husband and some friends to attend a car show in nearby Wimberly, Texas. Although they didn't really utilize the kitchen or the outdoor amenities, they had a great time. It was an excellent place for a group to stay and, because of the layout and size of the accommodations, it's a great place for groups and gatherings. In fact, they liked it so much, they stayed an extra day.

Terrible stay, management could care less also.

Checkin was terrible, showed up at 8pm and there were 70-80 in line trying to checkin, people said it took almost 2 hours to get their rooms. I left and returned at 10pm and got my room. The AC did not work and it was 81 degrees in the room, after the maintenance came to our room we were told the unit was not working and he would contact the repairman, he returned at 12:15am and said he could not contact anyone at the office or a repair person and we would have "to deal with it". I have called several times to discuss the matter with management but they will not return may calls, I was told no supervisors were on duty the morning I checked out. Been waiting weeks to be called back, guess they do not care.

Would take no for answer

I know y’all trying to sell time share at the resorts, but when I check in I told them not interested and they would not take no for a answer, we were tired and didn’t want to here their sales pitch... I stood there for about 10 min just saying no and they wouldn’t give me my parking pass and let us go. That’s was the only down side to the trip... plus the Jacuzzi tub would not work. (Wife’s complaint)

Wedding

We stayed here for my niece wedding. There was several family members that stayed there. This is a wonderful place to stay at if you have not stayed here before I highly suggest you to this is a great place to stay. We have another wedding to attend this year in that area and the family plans on staying there again. I give this place a big thumbs up on all.

Poor customer service and mediocre at best accomodations

The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the highway noise was non-stop. The pool was very crowded and the customer service was lackluster. The tub in the second floor villa leaked which required maintenance to visit our room after 11pm I would not recommend staying here.

Not a luxury hotel

We were in town for a wedding and this hotel was one of the choices for an overnight stay. We had to wait in a long line to check in, another line to get a parking pass where we had to listen to a sales pitch. Then we went back to the desk to get our keys to the room. Our building was very hard to get to and we had considerable stairs to maneuver. Our parking spot was taken by the hotel service crew and we were greeted at our door by the previous guests dirty laundry..it was never collected. The room smelled heavily of bleach, it was hover clean and tidy. It was an average camping type room and not an average hotel room. We won’t ever stay there again

Unit 193 Bed Bugs

I was looking forward to a great Spring Break with my family, instead had a terrible experience with this Resort and manager Aaron who was not interested in hearing or remedying our situation. There were bed bugs embedded in the sofa bed mattress in which the housekeeper who arrived 1 1/2 hours after contacting the manager didn’t want to touch and took pictures as well. Next, the kitchen counter had sticky red juice all over and the restroom was unclean. I had to run to the corner store for Cleaning products so that we were able to be a little comfortable. Called for towels and it took 2 Hrs for someone to arrive with hand towels only. Raul was very helpful after day 2 and ask to move us to the Ambassador side. What a different villla in which these were my expectations from the beginning during checkin. I request a refund and still waiting for Sheryl (manager) to speak with Micheal for approval cause she’s not able to refund monies back from what she stated. Sheryl was very helpful to gain a solution for all my concerns. Unfortunately, it was the day before departing. I have more photos, but you’ll get the pint with these ones.
