It was a great say for us. Staff was very helpful . It was very clean. The pools were a big plus and very clean and refreshing. The golf was a very good additions the our stay. Signs could a little clearer .

It was a great experience with a homey feel. The price was great and it is very close to wimberly and new braunfels and right by the river.

Amazing Location with Amenities

We visited for the night while in town for a wedding. If we could do it all over again, we would stay for more than one night. This resort was perfect for our family of 5 with a 9 year old, 8 year old, and 5 year old. We only saw the two main pools but saw there were more on the map. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. It was open later than the hours listed which was helpful for our tight travel schedule and wanting to enjoy the facilities. We stayed in a two bedroom which was spacious and had everything we needed. We appreciated the abundance of towels provided as usually when we travel we have to ask for more. Our kids played mini golf (twice), ping pong, and the arcade. This all was comparable or better to other places we have traveled. Parking was ample. Check in was fast with many people working the various front desk stations. Check out was at 10 which is earlier than we are typically used to; however, we checked at the front desk and they were willing to let us use the amenities after checkout time.

Getaway

The location of this property is amazing. The soap and stuff should be checked before releasing the room for stay.

Bad customer service,horrible

Customer service do what they want and they don’t care about you,not sure if is because your Hispanic or why,but they so rude,they feel,they are making you a favor for free,but like you don’t have another option no more,to late to find somewhere else,and with an special needs girl,I swear it’s not what you want,or what you choose before arrive the property,tub suppose to be in the room so beautiful and close to the pools,and no when you arrive they give nothing compared with room you choose and so so far away from everything.So they are racism cause she don’t care for nothing we said.

Great views and nice hill country location, but…..

Nice location and pretty views of the lake, however. Be prepared to be aggressively pitched a mortgage to stay here. Become an owner, travel the world, just don’t say no or the rest of your stay might not be as welcoming. Also be prepared to pay extra for anything but bingo or pet rocks.

Spacious Room Well Maintained Property

Very well maintained property. Rooms are very spacious and affordable. Pool was very nice and clean. Maintenance came quickly when needed. Rooms well stocked with necessities. Close to local businesses.
