Fun day on the beach

We stayed one night at the 2 bed signature suite on the beach. It was great.

Hannah was excellent at check in. She was pleasant, not over bearing in her friendliness, and is a good listener. At check out Niessie was pleasant,engaging, and expressed genuine interest in our expression of appreciation of the expereince for our first stay at this facility

Great location and will come again

Was able to completely relax and everything is available on site if needed. Would love to come again or try other Holiday Inn Club Vacation locations.

This is the best place in Galveston

This room is the best. The bed is so comfortable and the space is amazing. The best is to look out the balcony and see the ocean.

Trying to rest

Nice place to relax in this cold time. Hard to find office to check in but when you do find it nice staff. Well few nice Villa is clean has everything you need. Sofa bed need to get cleaned has stains and looks horrible. Everything else was satisfied. Also it’s but of a drive to get to from any fun activities in Galveston.

can i interest you in a time-share?

Fair-warning the property forces you over to the"welcome center"/time share gift pitch kiosk to get your mandatory parking pass after check-in. Be sure to take a potty stop prior to check-in especially if driving over three hours because your going to be stuck here for an extra 15 mins and/or signing whatever's in front of you just to get to your room. Once you get to your room be sure to get all the kiddos to grab an armload as all rooms are on piers and no elevators to haul your belongings up. Be sure to bring plenty of allergy medication, mold abounds in these rooms! Also dont forget those ear-plugs, construction left something to be desired and what's this insulation stuff? They may be high enough to ride out a good storm surge but I have my doubts about anything more than a stiff breeze. Lastly my room contained holey furniture, flaking mirrors, corroded fixtures(its the beach so that would get a pass) and a 10 a.m. check-out time! of course staff felt compelled to throw their supplies outside my room by 9

Solid amenities and spacious rooms. Mini golf, tennis court, basketball court, and just across the street from the beach.
