Enjoyment for the whole family
Father of 4, and we enjoyed our stay. Being away from all the island traffic and having direct beach access was great. The room was better than we anticipated and all the staff was welcoming and friendly!

Room super clean
My favorite place to stay in Galveston! Room super clean and staff was very friendly. Will be back again. Very family friendly and happy there is a place to eat close by

Fairly disappointed
The front desk staff seem to not care in general- there is not a feasible way for us to book 6-12 months in advance. We have truly enjoyed this place in the past. On a positive note, the desk staff were neatly dressed.

Nice stay.
Nice, but not great. Kinda expensive for what you get. Older resort, pool was cloudy and connection issues with internet made an important meeting impossible to have.

Great location, good room
Like this hotel by its location, friendly staff, very convenient to access the beach, clean room and excellent guest service. I wish hotel would serve paid breakfast We will definitely come back every year.
