We Loved it!

Steps from the beach, pool and hot tub was perfect. The size of the king one bedroom had so much space. All you need to bring is your family, luggage and all the food you plan to cook. Washer and dryer located in the room! It was great to wash all the closes before heading back home. One least thing to deal with after a long drive.

Nice location

Good location to the beach. They have a small food and beverage convenience "store". Room lacked attention, in need of a good cleaning and some repairs. Basic cleaning areas not good, water stains on bathroom mirror, glass door to patio smudged. Visible mold. East elevator dirty and next to trash dump and stinks. Front desk attendants do not recognize membership and not overly friendly or helpful. Recommended only for location.

Get away, but not too far away

My wife was insistent that we needed to stay in a place right on the beach, without needing to cross the road to get to it. This property has that, and was pleasantly away from the crowds, but was still close to everywhere we wanted to go.

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful time in Galveston. The view and proximity to the beach was great. The kitchen had everything we needed for light meals. There was little exterior noise. The only negative was the marketing push upon arrival.

Right on the beach!

We loved the beach access on the property! The pool area was nice as well, although the pool temperature was cold during our stay. Staff was nice and helpful, quickly took care of any issues that came up (we had a broken coffee pot during our stay, and they replaced it in minutes)!

Love this place

We love staying at this location easy access to the beach great ocean view rooms pool and hot tub are very relaxing the staff there are always friendly especially Sandy we just love her. You will not be disappointed great place to stay

Great resort on Galveston Beach

A great getaway location close to Houston. Nice rooms, attentive staff, and great views.

Don't bother with timeshare presentation

Our hotel room was great, however, when we forst checked in we weren't able to get our key until we wasted a half hour listening to someone tell us about this great deal they would get us on tickets to activities, eventually leading to a timeshare presentation. This was fine, but they couldn't do a presentation until our 3rd day, but the woman assured us they would pre-gift us the tickets so we didn't have to rearrange out plans. We then wasted most of our first full day going to multiple properties, with multiple staff members telling us they would try and arrange this and call us back. We eventually gave up and went to the beach, with no one ever calling us. Again, the room itself was great, just wish we wouldn't have wasted our time with the presentation, just for that staff to be rude to us (telling us we would grt a divorce if we didn't buy a timeshare) because we didn't want to pay $50,000, plus interest and god knows how much in fees, for a timeshare.

Great Location

I love the location of the property and the beach there. I also like the pool and grounds.
