Gorgeous property

Beautiful property. Staffing poor, with checking in. Can believe the rudeness we were shown. The person who was ahead of us, also treated poorly. He was elderly and had a military cap on, and we thought he should have been given extra respect. Rooms are beautiful and balconies are always a plus. Easy walk to the beach, and beautiful pool and patio area!

Great location.

Just outside the hustle and bustle of Galveston, so it’s a little quieter. Great amenities: kitchenette with typical kitchen items available, bedroom separate from living area, washer/dryer in room foyer, game room, right on the beach.

Please stop with the used car sales tactics!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was actually insulted by the behavior we encountered. She kept saying why don’t you want your $150? What is your problem? I said we came here for the beach and you won’t let me leave this lobby. I Said it THREE times!!

Experience

For the most part the visit was good-had an issue with the refrigerator that flooded our kitchen twice. It would have been nice to be moved or compensated. Otherwise visit was good.

Great stay for business trip.

I visited this hotel on a business trip and was very pleased. The room was clean, the front desk was friendly, and I had a great view from my balcony! I would recommend this to anyone.

Great Location / Great Stay

The location of this property is a highlight; right on the beach. There are many amenities and the Villas are terrific. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's always good to feel welcome when traveling.

Location and View

The location is prime for all activities family enjoys doing . Beach access is always the top priority in any of our travels . The location has never disappointed even if the weather is not the best .

Greyson went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. He took customer service to the next level. We'd recommend anyone to come and stay here.

Perfect Location for Family Time

We stayed here for our daughter’s cheer competition. Because of the hotel’s location and amenities, we were able to sneak in some quality family time during our busy weekend! Our kids loved the heated pool and we all played basketball and volleyball together. Plus the hotel is literally steps away from the beach. So perfect. Would love to revisit during summer months when it’s warmer!

Best beachfront stay!

Outstanding facility to stay at while in Galveston. Service is outstanding and all were very friendly. Room was exceptionally clean and the beachfront location is truly remarkable.
