Las Vegas stay

We arrived around 11:30pm Needless to say, it was very quiet. We stayed in the furthest building from the checkin lobby and we chose to walk to the room after 15 minutes passed while waiting for a van to arrive. The food served in the one restaurant taste okay but was a little overpriced. The room was comfortable and clean. There was construction going on near our location. The workers were relatively quiet and nonintrusive.

great location and price

Love the large suites that are great for a family that all want to stay together. Great location, close to the strip to be handy, but not in the middle of the craziness if you want to relax at one of the pools, grill a burger, etc. We've stayed the last 2 summer vacations and the price is awesome, too.

My favorite relaxation place in Vegas

I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Club (Desert Club) in Las Vegas twice now. The first time was a one bedroom, the second a two bedroom. Both were very clean, and roomy. The sales pitch for the time share wasn't horrible but it could be better. I know they are in the process of "upgrading" the rooms, but there was no change noticeable between the two stays (more than a year apart). I will almost certainly stay there again. The only minor suggestions / complaints I could think of are to have more staff for check in (spent 20 minutes in line waiting to check in), refresh the furniture (couches are looking tired), and have better sound proofing (we could occasionally hear the neighbors more than we would like. All and all it is still miles ahead of most hotels and I really like the place. The suggestions above are minor and really the ONLY thing I could come up with as an improvement.

Excellent accueil à la réception, gentillesse et très bonne disponibilité de l'hôtesse d'accueil. Ensuite la grandeur et l'équipement de la suite nous a agréablement surpris, étant donné que c'est assez souvent compliqué de se loger à des prix corrects dans un hôtel avec une famille de 5 personnes. Même si cet hôtel n'est pas sur le Strip, il se trouve être une excellente solution pour se loger à Las Vegas avec un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Family trip to Las Vegas

Great location and accommodation. Very handy only downside is the hotel shuttle is a little limited but very minor problem as you could walk to the Strip easily.

Comfortable stay.

We had a mix up with rooms, but it ws corrected in a professional manner. Awesome rooms and my children enjoyed the pools and recreation areas.

Wonderful Stay!

Comfort was awesome! I had a nice sleep, nice shower and room was cold as I wanted it to be.

Unfortunate Dissapointment

When we checked in we were unsure of where to park, and when we parked in what is normally the unloading zone at a hotel the female bus driver used several expletives to describe us and called us idiots for not parking in the correct area. When I asked her where she would have parked she just told me I should have been able to figure it out, and walked away. Not even an hour later she was driving recklessly in front of a family because they were unloading their car and in her way. Both times this employee could have remedied the situation with kindness, but instead she chose to be flippant. The floor space and kitchens were very nice, but the furniture seemed out of date, and the fixtures were very cheap. The light switch flickered if it was not touched in the perfect way, the bathroom faucet leaked when it was turned on, and the master bathroom shower would have half the water coming out of the faucet and the other half coming out of the shower head. The staff (besides the shuttle driver) and customer care team were very kind. My husband had to leave after two days for military orders, and instead of charging me full retail for my "tour" stay they waived the fee. I think the property has a lot of potential, but corporate needs to be willing to do the proper upgrades.
