Lovely stay

Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was to our satisfaction

Nice property, we had a 1 bedroom unit with a full kitchen. There Is some airport noise but not bad. Room was very nice. Problems when checking in, not recognized as an ambassador member, no big deal but took 3 rooms before they got it right. First room was a handicap room, we are not handicapped so would be taking this away from someone that may need it. Second room we could not get to because the sidewalk was under construction. Most likely another way to get to the room but not following the map given to me by the front desk. Third room was great. Housekeeping made up the room first day, skipped second day and had to call. This is a timeshare and hotel. Hotel gets spot cleaned daily timeshare rooms do not. Housekeeping put dish detergent in the dishwasher causing it to leak and not drain. Called maintenance and they fixed the problem.

Spacious room

The clubhouse we were in had Lots of room. Great for the kids and adults. Close enough to the strip but not on.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Shuttle Service ist gut. Die Bedroomvilla ist hervorragend ausgestattetet. Leider war das Fliegengitter des Balkons defekt.

Nice Property

The grounds and room and very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and quiet offering a nice respite from a long day. The shuttle service is good but could use some tweaking. Several times it was over booked and we were not able to ride and other times there were empty seats. Perhaps add another shuttle during busier times or more frequent runs? Parking was ample and convenient. Overall a good place to stay if you aren’t a gambler or nightlife person and just want a good hotel while visiting Vegas.

Spacious Room

Great place to stay for quiet relaxation. We had a great time in Vegas and were able to rest comfortably in the clean updated room.

Great Location and Service

This was our third stay at this resort. We loved the location. It is only one block away from the strip. The resort also provides shuttle services to downtown and shopping malls. The unit we stayed at was clean and spacious. The unit was very close to the swimming pool and the workout center. We also loved the restaurant and the market place. The entire resort seemed to be organized and maintained exceptionally well. We will be back again to this resort when we visit Las Vegas next year.
