Very relaxing

The minute you walk in to this place. You will be welcomed and made to feel as though this is your new heaven. The staff is very outgoing and friendly and helpful in any way possible. The villas are just like an apartment with comfortable beds, that you will fall fast asleep. The entire place is wonderful.

I’m unhappy with latest stay

I’ve stayed here numerous times and have been pleasantly satisfied. This particular stay was less pleasing. One late night we returned to find a live roach on the wall in the master bedroom. I travel with Lysol therefore I sprayed it until it fell from the wall and died under the nightstand. I didn’t call maintenance because of the time and I didn't want them to offer to spray at 1:30am forcing me to smell the fumes while trying to rest nor did I know how long it would take them to arrive to my unit. They have a history of taking an hour or more to bring necessities to your room. On the day of checkout, the party in the second bedroom was drying off after bathing and a live roach fell from her drying towel. We didn’t have paper towels in our kitchen upon arrival. We saw gnats in the kitchen throughout our stay. There were three room keys on the counter upon our checkin. It appears that housekeeping rushed from our room after cleaning up from prior guests. I really love this Las Vegas resort but I’m apprehensive about staying here again. We spent a pretty penny for four nights and felt that we overpaid for conditions to be what they were. The checkout rep (Eden) apologized. She didn’t offer to have a manager speak with me. I had to request to speak with a manager.

Comfortable rooms and great pools.

We stayed here for our vacation with eight family members. My parents who are 77 were very impressed with their room and the service. It is a great place to stay no matter what your age.

Really nice calm place in the middle of crazy Las vegas
