Horrible hotel
If I could give it 0 stars I would! The room was dirty, ac froze us out, bed had the biggest body dent in it, phone worked intermittently, and it smelled like someone lost their bowels in the hallway. Turned on the ice maker and went to grab ice it had something dirty inside the ice maker. After they fixed the freezing ac the ac in the bedroom no longer worked. Now the bedroom was burning hot in Las Vegas in 107 * outside.. now moving onto the night time. The phone doesn’t work, I can’t call the front desk so I use there text service as a means to get ahold of security. They responded at 8 am.. Now let’s move on to after I check out.. they placed a hold on my account for the security deposit. I have a zero balance on my account (we even did the dishes before we left so nothing was an issue). They won’t release my security deposit until the 11th. The first deposit should have been released when I checked out the first time..

We loved our stay!!!
We just spent 8 nights at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort. We make a trip to Las Vegas every couple years for required activities for one of our kids. I did not want to live out of a suitcase again for that long of a stay. I started researching other places to stay last summer knowing we’d be going this year. I found The Holiday Inn Club Vacations and knew it would be perfect. Our activities took place at Caesar’s Forum, which was right across the street and an easy walk. We had a full kitchen, which was a dream when staying in Las Vegas that long. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. While 2 of the 5 pools were closed for renovations, we never struggled to get chairs at any of the others. Only downfall was carrying our luggage, which was a lot since our stay longer, up to the 3rd since there are no elevators. That would NOT stop me from staying there again. I would definitely stay at The Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort again and would highly recommend it!!
Yes, I recommend this property.

Most memorable stay yet.
This stay was beyond amazing. The check in was truly the win for me. They treated me so well and gave me amazing insights and where to go. This was our first time there in Vegas and we had some great recommendations. Each time we seen a member they were truly friendly and all had smiles. If I had a choice to stay here again, I would without any hesitation. The villa was AMAZING. The pool & hot tub was refreshing. The restaurant was phenomenal. The bed was so comfortable and felt like a cloud.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Felt more like a hassle than a vacation.
Overall, my experience was disappointing and far from what I expected for a relaxing vacation. The food was overpriced, clearly taking advantage of the convenience of being on-site, with no real value for the cost. There was no airport shuttle service, which is a basic amenity at most resorts. On top of that, the pools were under renovation a major inconvenience that should have been disclosed upfront. The gym was tiny and underwhelming, not worth mentioning as a feature. What made the experience even worse was being pressured into attending a sales presentation just to receive my room keys. After traveling, the last thing I wanted was to be held hostage by aggressive pitches when all I wanted was to check in and relax. This tactic was uncomfortable and unnecessary, especially since I was there to enjoy my time, not to be sold to. In short, this stay felt more like a hassle than a vacation, and much of it could have been avoided with better planning, honest communication, and respect for the guests’ time and comfort.
No, I do not recommend this property.

Experience
Although this place qould be the perfect getaway, it is the main place that give presentations to buy in allowing all types of people to come especially the disrespectful people who only come because it's free and are trashy, leaving other guests disgusted
No, I do not recommend this property.

Decent hotel but could use improvements
I ended up staying here a total of 5 night split into 2 stays. The first experience was a bit better than the second. Overall the hotel has a nice small apartment vibe with mist thing you could need in a kitchen. They could offer more a better quality towels. The bed is hard and uncomfortable, as I stay in hotels about 300 days a year; I am very clear that they could do better. I do like that they offer real eggs for breakfast but they did not have any keto or completely processed food free options. They did not offer breakfast tea, earl grey or green teas in the rooms. They do offer cart ride to and from your villa when you request to the front. It would be nice if they had a pool are with hot tub for strictly adults, kids are great but to be able to relax would be a key point for those visiting with out family.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Home away from home
It was home away from home honestly and all the staff were amazing with our stay... My only push back would be hooking up a game right to keep the kids busy and being able to smoke on the balcony I mean it's outside

Great clean place just off the strip
Excellent for families or small group as each suite has everything and is very clean.nice pools. I didn’t have any food but had drinks and the store there had necessities.

My first time experience at Las Vegas
I am a Diamond Elite member of the IHG team & a keen observer on the service rendered by the respective departments of an IHG property. I am going to take the example of three personnel from three different departments. 1. Ms. CHANDRA from the Front desk - Excellent service in terms of the attitude, knowledge in advising as i was a first timer to Las Vegas & more important an excellent Ambassador. She gave me an excellent room that stood us well for the stay. 2.Mr. GARY from the concierge.I can safely say that GARY had the WORST attitudes I have seen from a concierge personnel since joining IHG Rewards program in 2007. He was outright rude.As my room was on the first floor & no elevators in the property,he reluctantly agreed to carry the luggage but expected me to share the burden.I would have carried had it not been for my injured back & infact I showed him my lumbar belt. His response to my statement that I could not carry the luggage due to my injury was "if you say so & how did you pull the luggage from the baggage carrousel at the airport "in the most SARCASTIC way possible.GARY's attitude ,impolite & rude behavior was indeed a bad start to my stay. By the way,his colleague Mr.Ed was the opposite to Gary who helped us during the check out. 3. Mr.RICHARD from Engineering team who was extremely helpful in giving my family detailed instruction on using the equipments in the room.He was very patient & caring. Thanks Richard. Kudos to Chandra,Richard,Ed. Dear Management team of Holiday Inn Las Vegas Desert Club Rose, I am not sure whether my family & I were singled out by Mr.Gary but the ARROGANT treatment meted out by him to us was unwarranted despite no provocation from my side.
