Worked well for us!

After an annoying checkin, things went smooth. Had a clean and spacious 2 bedroom unit. On 3rd floor (no elevators -fyi) Very pleased with the accommodations . Each bedroom had 1 king bed- super comfy. Large closets, loved the washer and dryer. The primary bedroom bathroom had the largest tub I’ve ever seen in a hotel or a home… The 2nd bedroom bathroom had a shower stall. Location is 8 min walkable /ideal for Sphere performance (saw Wizard of Oz- loved it) Location also walkable to Linq promenade with HighRoller Ferris wheel.(15 min) Walking to Strip takes at least 18 min .. this can be a drag if you’re planning to go way up or way down the strip. So beware and potentially take cab. Had a late night meal at Goldmine grill. It was very good. Our server was super sweet. The grounds were clean and well cared for. Parking by the unit was easy. Large complex multiple pools and whirlpools which thankfully are open till 10pm. This allowed my husband and I to get a hot soak to sore muscles before bed. Thank you HI Club Vacations. This resort is really nice for families and people who want a quieter non-casino / smoke free experience

No ELEVATORS carry bags up many stairs

There is no elevator to 2nd and 3 rd floors. It is 18 steps for each level. If you have any health condition call ahead for ground room. The building 2 was horrible. Mattress sagged into a V. The SPHERE lights come through curtains, they are room darkening curtains. The room has thin walls and windows so it sounded and vibrated as if I Was sleeping ON THE BOULEVARD....every sound was amplified. The late night front desk attendance were very nice and tried to accommodate. However the gentleman in the morning was rude and condescending. The restaurant was pleasant and staff friendly.

Nice rooms and grounds, but staff response was bad

Our room was very nice with two beds and two baths, nice living area with dining, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The bathrooms were very nice with big showers and great water pressure. Clean room. Service was not up to par. The first day, we requested a shuttle to the lobby after we had communicated several times with staff via text. We did not get a response until much later in the evening and well after we needed the service. (I have temporary mobility issues and walking the entire length of the property was a challenge, to say the least!) After we returned from dinner, we requested ice the same way. No response. My wife called the front desk and asked about the ice and also requested some extra pillows. The items didn't come until 11:45 pm, again well after we requested them. The last issue was on Saturday night where my wife called and asked for some extra blankets. They came 2 hours later! Since when you arrive you are forced to consider a presentation on the IHG properties (timeshare?!), the poor service level does not warrant my interest at all.

Best location in town

I recommend staying in this hotel !!! Perfect location, comfortable bed, fireplace in living room, nice kitchen, with all appliances & amenities including in kitchen. Beautiful view from hotel and just 15-20 min walking distance from the town.

Our stay here was amazing We chose this property because it was a 5 minute walk to the Sphere but was more than we expected and will stay here again

Excellent place to stay

We LOVED this place! Being a block from the strip and you wouldn't even know you were in Vegas! Amazing view of the Sphere as well as the High Roller! The staff was great! The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the showers were hot and strong, even on the 1st floor it was quiet! We used the pool 2 days, it was great. Everything you need was supplied to include kitchen towels, sponge and dish soap. Full size shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, hand soap and lotion were in the bathrooms. We were here for 6 nights! I got lucky choosing this place and would definitely come back! Made for a perfect vacation!

Ok stay

Stay was good. Only downfall was the presentation at the end and the guy after our initial person was not good.

Don't stay here with your points. They put you on the top floor with no elevators available.

Great, off the strip location!

Great location, being right next to the Sphere! If you are planning on taking in a show it is an easy walk. You also get to see the what the Sphere displays at night and in the early morning. You can have your coffee with the smiley face on the Sphere. The hotel is one block off the strip so you can get the excitement of the strip and wind down at a quite location. The rooms are comfortable with a fireplace and a kitchen. This is a family friendly hotel with 5 pools and small restaurant that serves good food. The only negative comment is the high pressure sales reps trying to get you buy into the Holiday Inn vacation club. I completely understand trying to get one to purchase the club, but once I say no, please leave me alone to enjoy my vacation.

Check-In Sales Pitch

Found the second step of checking in to be a bit misleading and cumbersome. We were unaware initially that we were receiving a sort of sales pitch to see a presentation in order to receive a perk. Had we been told at the beginning of the conversation that if we saw a presentation we could receive a perk it would have shortened the length of time it took to check-in as we could have simply said we weren't interested. Was disappointed in this interaction even after we said we weren't interested. Left a bad taste on the whole experience. I guess we were naive in booking this location not expect something like this.
