Decent Stay

The location is great. It's right next to The Sphere and not too far from the strip. Beds were comfortable, rooms and closets were spacious. Loved that there was a kitchen. Cons -The room needed to be cleaned better. The bathrooms had dusty fixtures, hair in the tub, on subj fixtures, in and on the sink. The toilets did not flush well.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Very clean, safe environment, secure, family

It has a lot of things for kids to do and immaculate rooms. The property is safe, secure, and family-oriented. The food is awesome. The staff is kind and welcoming.

Great overall experience

I stayed for 5 nights. The property is very nice and well maintained. I felt pressured to listen to a timeshare presentation, which I was not really interested in. The presenter seemed irritated that I was not interested and started speaking directly to my significant other, who was not on the reservation and thus, per his own words, was not required to be there. I guess he thought that would be an easier sell, which still didnt end up in a timeshare purchase. The rooms were nice and clean. In the 1 bedroom villa, the toilet area had a door but the shower area didn't, which was weird. The washer and dryer were on the balcony, which was ok, but weird. There are no elevators in the villas, so you have to carry luggage up the steps. I felt safe enough to either use the gym in the early morning hours or walk the secured property to get my steps in. Overall, it was a great experience and I would stay again but now know what to expect as far as steps, shower, and laundry.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Disappointed

I stayed here 2 nights to be near the sphere. It is really close to everything and taking rideshares was easy and inexpensive. If you are willing to pay the price for a space, a bed, and location, I would say it is worth it. Personally, for the price, I was expecting better customer service. The cable was out for the majority of the time I was there with no communication as to what was happening. There was also ants in my room and an incessant beeping right outside my bedroom window. There are no vending machines but they do inform you to take advantage of their market area during business hours. They are also extremely pushy in trying to get you to sign up for their "tour." Overall, it got the job done, but I don't know that I would want to pay what I paid for a place that just gets the job done.

Slightly disappointed

The most disappointing was my credit card being charged when they assured me they wouldn't for the 1st night.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF

NOT EVEN A SINGLE BOTTLE OF WATER WAS PROVIDED , STAFF WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, REQUESTED FOR LATE CHECKOUT WAS DENIED . LOCATION AND HOTEL ITSELF WAS VERY NICE BUT THEY NEED TO WORK OUT ON ALL THESE THINGS. VEGAS HAD TEMPERATURES OF 110F HOW CAN YOU DENY CUSTOMER WATER.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Great location, great amenities, terrible staff.

I don’t usually write reviews but felt it was necessary for this stay. Overall, the actual hotel was great; very close to the hustle and bustle, but far enough that it was a quiet stay. Very quick walk over to The Sphere. However, the front desk staff were some of the rudest individuals I’ve ever interacted with while checking into a hotel, and I do so often. They were so dismissive while I was checking in and looking for information and a few times throughout my stay, I stopped to ask questions and it was almost as if they couldn’t be bothered to be helpful. Outside of the front desk, the other staff were absolutely wonderful. The men driving us back and forth from our room each time we needed to come and go, the woman working as the bellhop (she even went above and beyond to get us towels to use at the pool while we waited two hours for our room to be ready), the maintenance man who came to fix our AC for us while it was 114° out…all very great. But the handful of staff that were not really ruined this stay for me.

Where have you been all my Life?!

I can’t stop thinking about our stay here! My husband and I had the best time. We came for my 40th birthday and to see the Backstreet Boys at the Sphere next to the hotel. The hotel was perfect since the venue was so close. My only complaint was that we had no ice maker in the freezer. We had a maintenance guy come and he said there was no ice maker for whatever reason. He said he’d come right back. 5 minutes later he comes back with a bag of ice. Which was perfect for filling up our Stanley cups and making ice cold drinks to take to the pool. Other than that this hotel was amazing. We’ll be back for our next vacation to Vegas spring break 2026!
