Large Rooms/ Terrible Staff

Rooms are larger than average. Employees are the backbone of any hotel and the employees here made what could have been a great experience not so good. Every employee, with the exception of one (in the store), seemed as if they could not have cared less about the guest's experience there. When you check in and are given your key card, you then have to go to a different desk and undergo a presentation for the time share (this hotel is actually a time share). Late at night, tired, just wanting to go to the room and get some rest, you are required to listen to the spiel about the time share and a vacation package before you are allowed to get your key card activated. They don't care, you have to listen. They have a coffee stand that is sometimes open, sometimes not. Posted times do not seem to matter. There is housekeeping available if you make an appointment 24 hours in advance AND pay for it. Yep, it's extra. Although there aren't a lot of bugs, I did have to kill at least 1 every day. Need something? Even though you go and stand in line to talk with someone at the front desk (nope, can't go to the concierge desk, they do the time share spiel and only that), they can't give it to you there (even if it's just a coffee packet), you have to have it delivered to your room. I will give them this, they are close to the Sphere ... but so are other hotels. Overall, I would suggest another hotel.

No, I do not recommend this property.

Close to Sphere

Overall, the villa was great! We were five in our group and one of us slept in the living room. The phone and ice machine did not work and never were fixed even though I called the receptionist. I left my wedding band in the bathroom, and no one returned it as of today. I am completely out of loss for words. I am sure I left it there. I went back to the hotel before leaving Las Vegas, and the receptionist was not very helpful or even seemed concerned.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Beautiful roomy suite!!

Beautiful hotel, fantastic suite. Only complaint was that I had no idea there were no elevators. Ended up on the 3rd floor with my 74 year old mother having to climb stairs. I knew the hotel was probably full because of the event next door (Sphere concert) so I didn’t bother asking if another room was available. It was only one night so we were ok. A on-property cart/shuttle was handy when we needed to get from building 13 to the front. Only trouble was we couldn’t seem to get it from the front back to our building later. Asked an employee in another cart/shuttle if he could give us a ride and he said no, go wait by the door for the passenger cart. But it was hot and my kids were tired so we just walked.

Comfortable hotel that is showing age.

Comfortable hotel that is showing age. Most staff interactions were pleasant but after reporting several issues staff never followed through on correcting issues. On site restaurant was not a pleasant experience as service was poor and food cold.

Dirty rooms and roaches

Terrible experience- original room that I was checked into was dirty. The new room had roaches. I checked out after one night.

Las Vegas Birthday stay

The property was expansive with multiple pools. The villas were spacious to include closet space and bathroom separate from the toilet which was great. The staff was amazing and the breakfast at the property was pretty good. My complaints would be there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor but with that complaint the plus side was the employees took our suitcases up for us. The most egregious thing was the few roaches that we saw in the kitchen and the bathroom although they gave us a small refund. I would have rather just had an exterminator come. Overall, it was a great place for large groups, families etc. Full kitchens with appliances and dishes as well as full size fridge. It was close in proximity to the strip and a few other places we went which was nice and convenient

Yes, I recommend this property.

Great stay

This was my first stay at this location. It was a great experience. And a very comfortable stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location to the strip and especially the Sphere.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Best deal off the strip

It’s like a hidden gem and I love it. Everyone is so nice. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. Only issue I had was the vents were dirty in the dinning room and bathroom so when we turned on the air lint flew all over the place.

Yes, I recommend this property.

Mediocre at best

The only five-star amenity I can give here, is the proximity to The Sphere; basically, across the parking lot, a fairly easy walk even in triple digit temperatures. Other than that, it was a mediocre experience at best. There were multiple steps to the check-in process, including a half-hour with a push sales associate who insisted we needed to book more shows and sit through a presentation about Vacation Club; they acted obnoxiously familiar with us, even referring to my husband as “Papa”. I repeatedly told this associate that we were not interested in booking a show at check-in, we had just driven eight hours, we wanted our room, dinner and an evening of doing nothing. We had our show already booked at the Sphere the next night and would be leaving immediately the following morning. If we weren’t already obligated to paying for the stay, due to the five days in advance cancellation policy, it would have been quite tempting to leave and find other accommodations. The accommodations are showing their age, with wear and tear in the rooms. There are no elevators on the property, so you must climb multiple flights of stairs, outdoors, to get to your room. In triple digit heat, those metal railings will burn you. The rooms themselves are cramped; I travel frequently for work and routinely have king suites that have smaller footprints but are much more functional in their layout. There’s barely enough room in the bedroom to get around the bed, the bathroom sink and tub were missing the drain stoppers, the A/C worked well in the living area with the ceiling fan moving the air, however, the vent for the bedroom was directly aimed at the closet, and no air was moving over the sleeping area. Trying to watch tv was a nightmare, the onscreen guide only showed channels, not an actual guide to what was being aired, and most channels were so pixelated that they were not watchable. Dining was a mixed bag of experiences, while the food was good and generously portioned, the service was inconsistent. Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast, we had good, attentive service. Saturday dinner we were seated and it took 15 minutes for someone to even bring us water – and the restaurant was only half full. It was another 15 minutes for someone to take our order and almost a half hour until dinner was served. Meanwhile, the servers were all huddled in a group back by the register. Sunday breakfast was a similar experience with a full restaurant and servers hiding from the customers. Also, they stated they had a "Marketplace" for assorted food and other items, I found it by accident on the day we were checking out; no signage anywhere, but it's downstairs from the restrooms in the clubhouse. We chose this location because of the proximity to The Sphere, but now that we have seen how efficient The Sphere is handling rideshare and taxi traffic, we will find other accommodations on our next trip.
