Great stay
This was my first stay at this location. It was a great experience. And a very comfortable stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great location to the strip and especially the Sphere.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Mediocre at best
The only five-star amenity I can give here, is the proximity to The Sphere; basically, across the parking lot, a fairly easy walk even in triple digit temperatures. Other than that, it was a mediocre experience at best. There were multiple steps to the check-in process, including a half-hour with a push sales associate who insisted we needed to book more shows and sit through a presentation about Vacation Club; they acted obnoxiously familiar with us, even referring to my husband as “Papa”. I repeatedly told this associate that we were not interested in booking a show at check-in, we had just driven eight hours, we wanted our room, dinner and an evening of doing nothing. We had our show already booked at the Sphere the next night and would be leaving immediately the following morning. If we weren’t already obligated to paying for the stay, due to the five days in advance cancellation policy, it would have been quite tempting to leave and find other accommodations. The accommodations are showing their age, with wear and tear in the rooms. There are no elevators on the property, so you must climb multiple flights of stairs, outdoors, to get to your room. In triple digit heat, those metal railings will burn you. The rooms themselves are cramped; I travel frequently for work and routinely have king suites that have smaller footprints but are much more functional in their layout. There’s barely enough room in the bedroom to get around the bed, the bathroom sink and tub were missing the drain stoppers, the A/C worked well in the living area with the ceiling fan moving the air, however, the vent for the bedroom was directly aimed at the closet, and no air was moving over the sleeping area. Trying to watch tv was a nightmare, the onscreen guide only showed channels, not an actual guide to what was being aired, and most channels were so pixelated that they were not watchable. Dining was a mixed bag of experiences, while the food was good and generously portioned, the service was inconsistent. Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast, we had good, attentive service. Saturday dinner we were seated and it took 15 minutes for someone to even bring us water – and the restaurant was only half full. It was another 15 minutes for someone to take our order and almost a half hour until dinner was served. Meanwhile, the servers were all huddled in a group back by the register. Sunday breakfast was a similar experience with a full restaurant and servers hiding from the customers. Also, they stated they had a "Marketplace" for assorted food and other items, I found it by accident on the day we were checking out; no signage anywhere, but it's downstairs from the restrooms in the clubhouse. We chose this location because of the proximity to The Sphere, but now that we have seen how efficient The Sphere is handling rideshare and taxi traffic, we will find other accommodations on our next trip.

Great place but still have some reason not okay.
The place was nice, our room have a view of the sphere. But when we checked-out we the hispanic lady on the front desk was a bit rude and we weren't able to use the $50 credit to buy stuff on the shop of the hotel for some reason they said that we need to "Activate" it again. And also according to what we paid for breakfast was included but was said it wasn't.

Great location!
Had an amazing stay. Hotel is located very close to the strip and right next door to the Sphere. We came to see the Backstreet Boys and it was an easy walk. Our 1 bedroom/bathroom came with a full kitchen and small living room. Very convenient to store food and drinks during our stay. Bathroom came with full sized lotion, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Wish I had known this so I would not have packed any of these things on my flight here. Didn’t even use most of the toiletries I packed. Checking in at the lobby was quick and easy. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Staff would check in during our stay by text to see how things were going and if we needed anything. We were able to check out by just texting and leaving our key cards in our room. Really enjoyed the ease of getting in and out of the area by car. Free parking onsite. Overall great stay and would definitely come back!

Excellent hotel
We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was very professional. The view we had of the sphere was top notch also. Will definitely recommend this place to others.

Wonderful Stay in Las Vegas
Our stay was pretty good at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resorts. I paid for my rooms with points and a few of the days were pretty pricey in that sense. I had booked two rooms, one for me and my boyfriend and another for my mother. The only issues we faced were getting luggage up the stairs to our second floor room as there are no elevators to higher floor rooms, you enter the room from the outside of the building; and there were issues with the TVs in both rooms that maintenance wouldn't be fixed till the day after we left due to the service provider so this was not an issue with the hotel itself and they were very quick to send help and information. We didn't really need the tvs anyways so it wasn't an issue. We were checked in by Mary and she graciously gave us two quiet rooms and an early check in to one of them as the other one still needed to be finished up by housekeeping but I was able to contact the front desk via messages for the time the room was ready for us. The restaurant on site was wonderful for breakfast as well, but what really stole the show for me was the bathtub in the room. They are GIGANTIC, and it was a wonderful way to unwind from a 9 hour drive. The only issue with that was the drain plug didn't work for one of the rooms but we found a way around that. They are located close enough to walk to the strip (about 20 minutes), but far enough away that the noise wasn't an issue. They also have rooms with a view of the sphere which is a wonderful attribute, though i recommend requesting that ASAP as they are swept up super quick. There's also a good amount of restaurants close by that have wonderful food. All in all the hotel was great, staff was very attentive and kind. Should I find myself in Las Vegas again, I will be staying here.

Great Place Next to the Sphere
This was the perfect place for us. We had a 5 minute walk to the Sphere. The room was super clean and had everything. Kitchen, full with fridge, stove, microwave and cooking and eating utensils. The bathroom had plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The hair dryer worked well. The walk in closet has an ironing board, safe and plenty of room for clothing and luggage. We didnt use the pull out sofa but I did see all the pillows and linens had we needed it. Overall....the best place to stay.
