Hidden gem just off the strip
My husband and I stayed Wednesday to Sunday. 10/10 would stay again. The amenities and location are well worth it. It was quiet, we felt safe. The room is comfortable. My only complaint was it did get warm in the room as the sun came up and it wasn’t even peak temps outside. We enjoyed the onsite bar, market, pools, fitness center. Walking distance to the strip, monorail, and the sphere.

Misleading Fee Disclosure
1. Misleading fee disclosure When booking through Trip.com, the check-in information only disclosed a US$250 refundable deposit. It did not clearly state that there would be an additional non-refundable resort fee of nearly US$150. As a business traveler, I reasonably understood the deposit to be the only amount required at check-in. I also booked a rate with breakfast included and confirmed this at check-in with the front desk. However, I later found that breakfast charges were indirectly offset through credits related to the resort fee, which was never clearly explained at booking or check-in. This is confusing and unreasonable. 2. Guest privacy issue On the last day of my stay, a staff member knocked on my door. I verbally responded, yet the staff member still unlocked and opened the door, closing it only after I raised my voice. This is a privacy concern.

Don’t get scammed by the front desk into getting a discount on certain attractions. It leads you into having to sit through an hour and a half presentation and if you don’t show up, they call your room and cell phone every day while you’re trying to enjoy your vacation. Also… the room was adequate and the bed was actually super comfy. I wish we could’ve utilized it more, but you can hear EVERYTHING. Our upstairs neighbors were up at all hours and we heard them stomping around and showering. Very annoying !

Location is good,very near to sphere，and brunch in the hotel is delicious and lovely,equipment in the room is full and useful,its a good place for holiday chose,and it'll be the best choice when i considered back to vegas.
