Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Super convenient location, close to the Sphere and walking distance to the strip (Venetian, Palazzo, and other casinos). The room had everything we needed - a full kitchen, a sofabed, a comfortable king bed, and plenty of charging ports. Customer service was great. They accommodated my early and late check in and honored my request to be on the first floor. My unit was facing the street, so a little noisy, but it's expected if you're in Vegas.
Yes, I recommend this property.

A balance of accessibility, amenities and space
The spacious accommodations are always a highlight, but what truly sets this property apart from other hotels on the Strip is having in-suite cooking and laundry facilities. Every time I return — and I do come back year after year — I'm reminded of just how rare and valuable these amenities are in Las Vegas. It's honestly one of the strongest selling points I mention whenever I recommend this place to friends and family.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Weekend getaway
Overall my wife and I had an amazing time at the hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and convenient to the LV strip. Getting around the property was very easy to do too. Thank you for all of the work you all do.

In Vegas for 1-night? Multi? Why not stay here ☺️
As an IHG Rewards there are some perks that are pretty sweet to indulge on, one of them being a Free Anniversary Night at any of their qualifying IHG Properties. I asked Mom, "where she wanted to go?" and immediately responded with, "Las Vegas, I haven't been there in years and want to see how much has changed". With a bit of digging and trying to find a place that would accommodate all of our needs, even if it was just for one night, I decided on the Holiday Day Inn Desert Club Resort and for being a Hotel that's not immediately on the very Last Vegas Strip itself, but just one local bus ride away or one very short Uber/Taxi/Zoox ride away from all the very popular locations and attractions , it was absolutely perfect. This resort is an excellent choice to cater to your needs whether you're trying to enjoy Vegas with the family or friends for a few days in a location that's not in the the loud and bustling scene of the middle of the strip, with over 4 pools located on the Villa which were very lively and filled with guests and their close ones, to their very own gaming room located within the property, there was plenty to do just on the Resort itself alone. Their on site Bar and Grill - Prospect Joe's - Gold Mine had a great selection and variety of dishes to try from. Mom tried their Garlic Alfredo Linguini with Grilled Chicken while I had their Western Burger, it was save to say we left Gold Mine and headed back to our rooms feeling happy with full bellies . And of course, we couldn't forget about snagging some of their breakfast French Toast and Omelettes in the morning , before our travels back home after a long evening the prior night of sight seeing of Sin City . "Would you come back and stay here again?" Absolutely! "Do you highly recommend this place?" Well let me ask you, "is water wet?" Answer should be obvious by now. . Mom and I aren't frequent travelers but we have been trying to get out more often and enjoy life. So if you're trying to get your feet wet in terms of getting a first-hand experience at traveling and staying at a resort, Holiday Day Inn Desert Club is the perfect starting point. . One thing I did notice was that this location did not have any elevator's and all of their villas had a second or third story so it would be very unfortunate if you had lots of luggage to haul up the stairs to your unit . We were blessed and fortunate to have our room on their first floor, especially since Mom has a bad knee she can't walk on or stand for too long. Our room facing away from the Sphere (which you can get an amazing view of it from inside the property) so we didn't have face any issues on too much light entering our unit, so we're really happy with that. Happy and Safe Travels Everyone!! ️

Great spot off the strip
This location is close to the airport. It’s not in the strip, but is walking distance. It’s perfect if you don’t want all the hubbub from the strip, but still want to be close to all the things. The view of the Sphere was amazing; it was also literally less than 5 min from there which was great for the concert. The kitchen was well equipped, and I appreciated the access to laundry (which may be on your balcony!) The drawbacks were limited housekeeping; I’m not used to taking out my trash at a hotel, lol. I would also caution the staff on the upselling. Check-in was weird, because you couldn’t just check-in, there was the vacation station, where you got your wristband key, but also quite the sales pitch. Admittedly, I was not very entertained by the pitch or being asked to spend 2 hours to listen to info (and I declined doing so), however, I noticed immediately afterwards, the front desk person’s attitude shifted. It made me feel uneasy. I found myself avoiding the front desk after that and not asking questions because I didn’t like the shift. Overall, it was an amazing experience. But please, less on the timeshare bit!
Yes, I recommend this property.

Phish Stay
Had a great time attending the Phish shows at the Sphere. The location was perfect, located between the Sphere and the Tuscany where Shakedown was.

Great for families! Will stay again!
The Activity Center offered fun stuff to do multiple times per day and the staff were so kind to my kids! Multiple pools with different features (e.g., one had a large shallow area) and courtyard areas with well-maintained BBQ grills and shade structures offered plenty of areas to relax while the kids played. The property was overall very well maintained with such a variety of features that there was plenty of room for all the different groups of patrons (families, partiers, retirees, etc) to not feel crowded.
Yes, I recommend this property.

Worked well for us!
After an annoying checkin, things went smooth. Had a clean and spacious 2 bedroom unit. On 3rd floor (no elevators -fyi) Very pleased with the accommodations . Each bedroom had 1 king bed- super comfy. Large closets, loved the washer and dryer. The primary bedroom bathroom had the largest tub I’ve ever seen in a hotel or a home… The 2nd bedroom bathroom had a shower stall. Location is 8 min walkable /ideal for Sphere performance (saw Wizard of Oz- loved it) Location also walkable to Linq promenade with HighRoller Ferris wheel.(15 min) Walking to Strip takes at least 18 min .. this can be a drag if you’re planning to go way up or way down the strip. So beware and potentially take cab. Had a late night meal at Goldmine grill. It was very good. Our server was super sweet. The grounds were clean and well cared for. Parking by the unit was easy. Large complex multiple pools and whirlpools which thankfully are open till 10pm. This allowed my husband and I to get a hot soak to sore muscles before bed. Thank you HI Club Vacations. This resort is really nice for families and people who want a quieter non-casino / smoke free experience
