What yoPay out is much more than what you receive

This hotel may have the word resort but in reality it’s not what you expect. Water pressure in the shower is non-existent, if you want to use the chimney it’s seasonal. (Both require an engineer to come out) should be ready before checking in, but not the case.

Place was amazing! Right next to the sphere! We were on the first floor we could hear people upstairs at times walking around . Also, it seems you have to step up and into the shower and bath. Otherwise the food was great at the restaurant there and the staff was amazing.

Exceptional hotel stay

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The check-in process was swift, and the hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Duran and Kyle for their exceptional service. I’m really looking forward to coming back to the hotel again. Thanks again

Customer service

The room was good but the class in experience not so good . First they had no record of my full payment had to pay again curently disputing item with bank. Second when we got to room keys not working. And 3 second they cleaning people came stating room had to be vacant by 10 when I still had one more nigh

Poor

I stayed at this hotel for only one night, and it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. First, the check-in experience was not pleasant. The employee who checked us in was wearing several medical supports, and i had difficulty to hearing and understanding what she was saying. The interaction felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. Secondly, the bellman, Gary, was extremely unhelpful and sarcastic. We simply asked how far our room was from the lobby, and his response was unnecessarily sarcastic and inappropriate. Guests should be treated with courtesy, especially when they are simply asking for assistance. The room also had several issues. The AC was extremely cold and difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The coffee was terrible. The most concerning issue happened early in the morning at 5:30 am while I was taking a shower. The alarm suddenly went off, and we had no idea what was happening. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone in our room wasn't working. No one came to check on us or provide any information. This was very concerning from a safety standpoint. If there had been a genuine emergency, we would not have been able to contact the front desk from our room, and no one came to check on us when the alarm went off. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Great stay / Needs renovation

Although the property is a bit dated, I did meet some nice folks working on renovations in some of the units. In such a big property. It will take time. Has beautiful grounds, very comfortable unit and such wonderful staff. Truly enjoyed my stay. Would definitely book again.
