Viva Las Vegas Club Vacations

This was our first time staying at a club vacations resort. Was very impressed with the size and amenities of the one bedroomed apartment. Including the small but useful touches of providing washing up liquid and tea towels for our stay. The resort had plenty of parking, lots of pools to choose from and a great on site restaurant. We dined there twice and had great food and service each time. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful too. Would highly recommend. Plus a great place to stay I'd visiting the Sphere as walking distance away.

Very nice, well kept comfortable resort.

We had a very nice stay here. Well-kept grounds, lovely pools and a very professional staff. You can walk to the Sphere if that is in your plans, and because the property is spread out so far, you can call for a pick-up from your room and they will transport you to where you need to go on site. Caution: If you can't do steps, ask for a ground floor room as there are no elevators. We would definitely stay here again.

Loud Noise and Restless Stay

My bedroom window was facing the Sphere and their was construction going overnight on Sunday and Monday evening. My wife and I were not able to sleep either evening. The Holiday Inn Vacation Club knew the construction was ongoing overnight for the Vegas Grand Prix but did not inform those their customers who had booked a room. Management also knew that some of the rooms facing the construction would be approximately 500 feet away from the beeping and banging which occurred overnight. I should have been notified of the anticipated constructions and offered the opportunity to go find another hotel given the circumstances. It was a very disappointed stay especially given the vacation was to have a relaxing and restful experience. I have had excellent experiences at the this property before, but management dropped the ball this time.

Great hotel with gated access to give you extra comfort. Comfortable beds, friendly staff, and great views of the Sphere.

One of my favorite places to stay for business

Comfortable stay. Having a full kitchen, free parking and walkability to the Strip and Sands convention hall makes this one of my favorite places to stay in Vegas.

Good location if you come with family

Good location with cozy apartment, however, is not upbeat with other hotels in the area.

Enjoyable Stay in a Spacious Apartment

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Desert Club Resort and wish I could have stayed longer. The apartment was clean and spacious with a nice view, and I enjoyed the well-maintained pool and well-equipped fitness center. The location is also very convenient. Check-in was warm and welcoming, with detailed information about the property. The shuttle service was especially helpful when traveling with heavy luggage, and all of the drivers I encountered were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Kash for his excellent service. The only disappointing moment was at checkout, when a staff member incorrectly told me I was late despite my approved noon checkout and responded dismissively after I clarified it. Despite this interaction, I had a very enjoyable stay overall and would be happy to return, hopefully for a longer visit next time.

スタッフの対応が悪すぎる

チェックイン時にダイヤモンドステータスの確認なく、アーリーチェックインの可能性を一切確認せず、部屋の準備ができたら連絡するとだけ言い、その後電話は一切なかった。 チェックアウト前日にレイトチェックアウトに関して確認（この対応をしたスタッフが唯一普通だった）、ダイヤモンドエリート特典で、16:00のレイトチェックアウトを承諾いただいた。 にもかかわらず、スタッフ間で引き継がれてなかったと思われるが、翌日12:00に部屋のキーが使えなくなった。 フロントスタッフに確認したところ、「なぜレイトチェックアウトができるのか？」と聞かれる状況で、ダイヤモンドステータスであること、前日別のスタッフと確認したことを伝えて、その後10分以上待たされて、ようやく使えるようになった。 もちろん、お詫びの一言もなかった。 また、その後に部屋のクリーンアップに来たスタッフは、「なぜいるのか？もう1日ステイするのか？」と聞かれる状況で、ここでも情報共有が一切なされてなかった。
