Great location but many compromises

Couldn't ask for a better location for the Sphere. Suites were a great size and room features were excellent (most, but not all of which worked). Absolute worst part of the stay was the heavy and repeated timeshare sale efforts. Not only did these discourage us from pursuing the timeshare presentation, but they also made it so that we are less likely to stay at this property again in the future exclusively to avoid getting stuck immediately upon arrival in a 15-minute timeshare pitch when everyone is cranky and has to use the bathroom.

Great Resort

I loves the location of this resort and the staff were super helpful and friendly. There were a ton of amenities and the grounds were very well kept. The room was clean and spacious, and was a pleasure to stay in. The shower operated a little weird and I had to step into hot/cold water but it worked very well and was clean.

Great Value Stay

The property location is very convenient for someone who wants to walk to a lot of the vegas attractions. The suites are huge and have all the commodities of home. The only downfall i found on my recent stay is the fact that the beds were rather uncomfortable and the bedrooms needed a ceiling fan to keep the room from getting stuffy.

Hidden Gem

This was our second time to stay here. The property is highly maintained & the staff is attentive. The restaurant is good food & drink at a fair price.

Desert Inn Las Vegas

Highly recommend! 10/10. This is the third time staying here and never disappoints. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Can’t wait to go back

Great location but lots of issues.

Facility needs a ton of improvement to be a 4 star hotel. No chance this venue should be considered a resort. Our first room had cleaning issues, awful smelling and was an absolute nightmare. Thankfully they switched us out. Didn't receive any IHG upgrades even though I have Elite status. Only nice part of the experience was free Tesla EV charging. I wouldn't stay here again.

Good Vegas hospitality walking distance from many

Great location good security most of the rooms are far away from the front desk and restaurant. Pools are small no lap pools. The rooms are way overpriced. The rooms have plenty of storage with walk in closets. I have run it of comments I have nothing else to add!

Customer service

The staff was wonderful. We checked in early with no problems. The room was much more than we expected. The bed was so comfortable. All the amenities were perfect. The pools were just the right temperature. Next time I’d like to stay longer.

Worst check in and check out experience

This was probably my worst IHG experience ever, especially with check in and check out. I know it’s a vacation club, but I was paying full rate for a room and was forced to endure a 15 minute wait to get my key activated just so they could try and push the 90 minute sales pitch to everyone checking in. This is unacceptable and all but guarantees I will never stay at another one of these vacation properties. Check out was just as bad as they left the regular checkout unattended to have 4 people check in the vacation club members. If you are going to rent rooms like a hotel, then you better make the service feel the same.

Best Value Best Stay

Short trip to Vegas for 3 days 2 nights. Great facility. Staff was engaged and respectful. The value of our stay did not break our budget.
