Great if going to The Sphere
This property is old and poor compared to other IHG properties. We were surprised when told no elevators, though we assume people with mobility issues can book the first floor. Book early if you need an elevator. Getting around the property quickly is great as the cart drivers are wonderful and fun to chat with. The staff makes up for a lot, but many small touches, makeup remover sheets, etc., are missing. The age of this property and the age of the bathroom tub/shower are hard to handle. My showers were all taken in warm water as hotter would have turned cold quickly. I am not a Vegas fan but were I just visiting to see Vegas, this is not where I’d stay. I was going to the Sphere and would stay again for that purpose only. This is a club looking to sell shares or units. I can’t imagine interest but I assume there are people who would buy. Not I.

Customer service failure
I checked out earlier and it was never updated on the ihg database. After countle3 days calling, to rectify the information with call lasting at least half an hour each time. I am still trying to solve the issue.

They tell you to go to the vacation desk to activate your room keys, then they try to get you to sign up for the 90 minutes to sell you a TIME SHARE-BEWARE!!!! There is no daily room service for towels or sheets. No free breakfast or coffee. Close to the Sphere. 3rd floor for noise. Large rooms and tub. No breakfast.

1) Long (20 minutes!) wait on arrival to register & get key 2) Noisy, i was on the first floor and i heard loud footsteps above me 3) NASTY woman at check out never asked about my stay nor thanked me, after spending $285 for one night to attend a conference nearby, for a dumpy noisy room? 4) Worst experience yet in 25 years when traveling for work.

Excellent property away from the strip
This was an AMAZING apartment-like property within a 10 minute walk to The Sphere and just far enough away from The Strip. We loved that it was NOT above or next to a casino. The full kitchen, huge walk in closet, large bathroom, and balcony (from where you can see The Sphere) were a surprise and we didn't know until the last day that there is a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron in a small private room right next to the balcony! Bed was comfy and properly was quiet!!!! I will stay nowhere else on future trips to Vegas. This place was absolutely perfect...

Great location
Have stayed here several times and never disappointed. It's within walking distance of the Sphere and other hotels on the strip. It's a secure and quiet place to stay with a nice restaurant, little market for convenience and activities.
