Great property
This is a great place to stay a block away off the strip in a perfect location. The only negative thing I can say is the check-in procedure is a nightmare and I am diamond elite member.

Worst hotel in Las Vegas
One of the worst hotels that i have stayed at. Over priced and there were bugs and trash in the room. the front desk was non responsive and unable to connect me with someone senior to resolve my issues

Great Stay
The staff was super nice and helpful. Many of the attractions I wanted to see were in walking distance. However, the 90 minute presentation for Time Share actually lasted about 150 minutes which missed up a few of my plans on that day.

So pleased with this hotel
Loved the location of the hotel, so close to everything, yet not in the mix of the strip chaos. Loved the apartment style room, with full kitchen and our own washer and dryer. So many amenities and activities on site. Great wifi as well. Extremely happy with our stay here.

THE PLACES IN A GREAT LOCATION , THE STAFF ARE AMAZING, THE WHOLE PLACE IS CLEAN, QUITE, AND SAFE TO STAY. I WOULD GO BACK IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD SAY IF YOUR IN LAS VEGAS AND DON;T WANT TO BE RIGHT DOWN TOWN BUT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THIS WOULD BE A GREAT CHOICE.

Our recent stay in Vegas.
Great room, great location, with only a couple of issues. Upon check-in, we were sent to a so-called “Vacation Station” across the lobby to have our room keys activated, which is usually done at check-in, but they use this to try to get you to attend a sales pitch for time shares, without telling you that’s what it is. Opting not to attend cost us a $50 add-on to our bill. Secondly, we received no housekeeping service during our stay. IHG HQ should look into this. Disappointing.
