Not worth the money

Absolutely the worst hotel I've been to for the price. If it was $1500 cheaper for the 7 nights, it may be "worth" the money. 1.) The beds are the hardest beds I've slept on in a hotel. My wife was not able to sleep more than a few hours at a time each night and she's woke up with a backache and I woke up with a shoulder ache. They said that every room has the same beds, so they must cheap out on the mattresses. They brought us 3 extra blankets to try to help soften the bed and I already stripped one bed to do that and even with 4 extra blankets the mattress was just barely passable and I'm not even as sensitive to a firm mattress as I can usually sleep about anywhere. 2.) There were no pool towels in the room even though the credenza said pool towels and there are no pool towels in the pool areas, so we had to go to the front desk and then they had to bring them to us in the pool area because they didn't have any in the office behind the desk. I've never been to a hotel where pool towels aren't available in the pool area. 3.) This isn't as big of a deal because we don't use it, but the room phone was dead, they offered to bring up a replacement but I said it wasn't necessary. 4.) The Market is a bit of a joke given the clientele that they expect here. If you market toward family with kids, you would expect them to maybe have some more kid stuff (i.e. Aquafor or a generic soothing creme). Some may consider the actions of the staff described above in points 1-3 to be good service, but covering up mistakes that should have never happened is not good service, which is why I gave them a 1 star on service. They are actually making it more difficult for themselves. The only thing the place has going for it is the location and I'm guessing that's what they are resting on.

Walking distance to downtown

I will start with check-in. We have been owners here for years. The person who checked me in was beyond rude and very condescending. She said things you should never say to a guest. That being said the other staff are great. Brittany is so sweet and so helpful as is the front desk manager. We ended up with the view we wanted although I think she thought she put us where we didn't want to be. After check-in things were prefect. Our three bedroom Signature Suite was perfect for our family of six adults. We had room to spread out and a great common space with lots of deck room to hang out on. The unit was very clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfy, plenty of supplies in the bathrooms and a nice washer and dryer in room. Our room was quiet with no outside noise of the night. We easily walked to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Of course we will be back and highly recommend this property.

Quiet and well kept room

We had no problems with the resort itself. The staff was friendly and kind. There was a discrepancy with our payment. We booked on a promo code which was (pay for 2 nights and the 3rd night would be free). This deal was not honored and we paid for all 3 nights. We were transferred from phone call to phone call for over 3 hours upon arrival. The issue was never resolved. Overall, the trip was nice and we had a great time.

favorite place

the staff, the rooms, the memories from my family that splatter these walls are irreplaceable. you won’t be disappointed in the memories you& your children can make here! my dad passed in 2020, I grew up coming here with him& now i’m married, bring my husband& one day will bring our kids! just stay for one night& I promise it’ll be the only place you will want to stay!

Great property. Excellent location

The property is very nice. Great amenities and plenty to do for families. Excellent location for Gatlinburg and Dollywood. However staff makes a lot promises that they don't follow through on.Upon check in our room was completely torn apart, we asked for staff to fix the problem but no one did anything. My wife and I had to fix up the room and reassemble the washer and dryer.

Wonderful Views

Very comfortable and roomy, we stayed by the creek and got to enjoy seeing and hearingg the wildlife. They do not have complimentary breakfast but plenty of restaurants in the area.

This was our first time in this area. I enjoyed the interactions with others, and my overall stay at the Hotel was great.

Great vaca for us and the 7 grandkids

We took our 7 grandkids ages 3-14 to Gatlinburg on their fall break and our rooms were just awesome!! It was a 4 bedroom with 4 very large bathrooms. Our showers were amazing and our grandkids were thrilled at how nice it was. We had so much room and kitchen was large with everything I needed to cook for them. We had two large couches, large loveseat and two chairs so plenty of room for us all. We had TVs in every room meaning bathrooms as well. Bathrooms had TV's in the mirrors and my grandkids were amazed by that...lol This was our second time staying here and we will be back for sure!!! from, McMinnville, Tennessee

Great room and amenities

Loved out room! Signature is the way to go! Kids loved the water park and pools. Also nice to have a little store on site especially since we were there during the hurricane. Snack available for purchase and kids games on site as well. Also walkable to everything downtown Gatlinburg
