Very friendly staff welcome us even late night on Saturday. Spacious clean room and well managed area. Very good house keeping.

Not a resort

please see previous comments. disappointed in the overall unit as it did not come close to meeting our expectation of a Holiday Inn

Excellent Vaca

The IHG Club resort in Scottsdale was incredible. The people were friendly, the grounds were amazing. The villa was awesome. Plenty of room for all of us. Great time with family and friends!

Great stay in Scottsdale!

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. Pros: The villa was clean, the grounds were immaculate. The pool areas were clean. One night one of the hot tubs did not heat properly but the maintenance man fixed it promptly. The villa was well appointed and great to stay with family. The staff was also very friendly. It is in a quiet part of Scottsdale with easy access to other parts of the town. Our kids LOVED the water slide and splash part areas. Cons: I am a Spire Elite member and asked for an upgrade to a 2 bedroom B unit due to having 6 people in my party but they would not do it. The resort did not seem full during our stay. I had called several weeks and even a few days before the stay. It doesn't seem they recognize elite status at this property. The restaurant is not open yet but they said spring 2017. Overall we would stay here again and enjoyed the space!

Stay in a home not a hotel kind of feel

If you want to stay in a timeshare type place without the hassle of a time share this is it. its cheaper then a time share and nicer too. It is like living in your own 2 bed condo. want a second home without the overheard then this is the spot. Going to get the CC to earn points for future stays. Its great for family of all ages. 4 separate pools that cater to all different ages. If you want your kids to ride the slide though make sure they are 42" tall. :-)

family had a great time, especially the kids. beds were great and rooms were well appointed and furnished. Location was very good.

Great place to stay for business or vacation

I have stayed at this location four times for extended business trips in Scottsdale this year and each stay has been very enjoyable. This is an excellent property for business or vacation. The rooms are spacious and clean. The theme is modern, bright, and open. The staff at this location is fantastic and extremely helpful. On a number of occasions I needed assistance arranging additional guest stays, extra room keys, storage of valuables, and the entire staff was very accommodating. The Marketplace was not finished yet so there was no place to eat on property, or I would have rated the property 5 stars. I enjoy this property so much my wife and I will be vacationing here with friends soon.

Business Trip

In Scottsdale for a business trip. Looked for a hotel nearby and found this. Only stayed for one night (and these are obviously setup for extended stays), but from now on, I'm staying here. Entirely different experience from the usual hotel stays!
