Lodges are nice for a family, not recommended for business travel

The resort is nice, lodges are poorly numbered and very confusing to find your lodge, or anyone else's as the numbering makes no sense. When booking online, it looks like you are getting a normal hotel with water view, that is not the case if you book a lodge room. The layout of the resort is very odd, lodge/cabin numbers are very confusing. There was no water or anything in the lodge, even for Rewards Club Members

Morning Breeze

The staff were all kind and professional and the amenities were clean and nice. The kids liked the different pool options and I enjoyed the sitting out on the balcony watching the horses walk in the trail in the mornings.

Clean rooms

Been going to this location every year since a kid,plus invite others to book at this location and every year the customer service gets worse with not properly placing our groups.

Pleasant stay

I really enjoyed the service provided from the moment I registered my car, to the moment I had to check out. I also appreciated the amenities provides with our one night stay, such as the pools, the mini golf course, the gym room, the wifi, and the arcade room was nice (just did not like that it was extra to play). The cabin we stayed in was really cozy cottage vibes. The interior was pretty, the products provided, such as the bath products, the dishes, the dish soap, towels, etc., were all really nice touches to our stay. The beds and the couch bed were comfortable and pleasant to sleep on. This resort stay will definitely be a memorable moment for me and my family. However, we were egged during the night stay, the balcony had eggs all over.

Mediocre service with a comfortable bed

Overall, the experience at Piney Shores Resort was not extraordinary. I would have expected more from an IHG Resort, as I am a frequent guest when traveling for work. A little more attention to customer service would be a welcomed change in the right direction.

Confortable bed.

Overall, the room was ok. The staff was nice and tried to accommodate us the best they could. I would recommend the resort to my friends. I enjoyed the lake view from the patio. The fish cleaning station was good except for the leaking water hose.

Service

The property is just ok and not worth the money charged for the guest rooms. Very disappointed with the staff and up keep.

Fun Family Weekend

It was such a treat to spend Memorial Weekend on the property! We stayed in one of the cabins, and loved it. It was secluded enough that we had some quiet downtime when we needed it, but we could get to the game room, putt putt golf, or swim in just minutes. My granddaughter enjoyed all of the extra activities that were offered and we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay

The resort was very beautiful and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this destination. Right on the lake with 3 pools and a restaurant on site. Well kept and clean rooms and very spacious.
