Beautiful and roomy!

Best place in Conroe Texas hands down! The suite was HUGE!! Balcony view was absolutely amazing. This was our second time staying here. We will definitely be coming back!

Celebrating in Serenity and Quietness

Shay, the front desk attendant was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Our stay was very comfortable, serene and restful. We enjoyed the games in the activity center, the beautiful lake and sunset. Also, relaxing by the pool and enjoying the jacuzzi!

Potential is There, but Holiday Inn Failed to take advantage

I am sure this was a beautiful place to stay back when it was new. Now, not so much. This place can use some TLC. It wouldn't take much effort to make it better. Maybe try keeping the rooms clean even if they haven't been used in a while. The room we had (Bldg 5, RM 19) really needs some attention. The leak in the roof of the shower has rusty liquid falling onto the shower floor. The TV in the middle back bedroom does not work, the bed mattresses need to be changed. The room itself just needs to be cleaned more often. When we arrived, it looked like it hadn't been stayed in for quite a while. I am sure the amenities are nice in the "resort", but as for the room we had, not so much.

Total Review

I have been coming here since a child now I have 2 children myself and the cabins are exactly the same down to the little tvs in the living room! They only took out the jets in the tub which isn’t an upgrade! The rooms needs a total revamp for the price ppl pay!!

Too many issues w room and service

I had filed a few issues and asked for the manager to contact me and it has been almost two weeks and no one has contacted me.

Cozy

I loved the location and the peace and quiet but I was a bit upset with my bathroom and some trash left unswept on the kitchen floor other than that I enjoyed my peace!

Great rooms

The rooms (villas) were pretty spacious and I loved that they had a big balcony and tables to spend family time.

Great place to relax

Absolutely recommend the stay for the price. Only cons was the exit area could also be used as an entrance, and the swimming pool wasn’t chilled. Those are small inconveniences however and I really enjoyed my stay.

Great Family experience, highly recommend

This was a great experience for a family with teens, plenty to do, pools were fun, lots of outside activities, as well as inside game room. The rooms were spacious with a great view. The staff was friendly and helpful.
