Great atmosphere

It was a great place to stay just wish that they had complimentary breakfast so that we didn’t have to get out and drive. The rooms was great just the tub needed to be cleaned it wasn’t bad just wasn’t all the way cleaned

Piney shores highly recommend

wonderful stay, very peaceful, i chose this property because i needed a peaceful distraction and it gave me just that, 10000/10 highly recommend, a lot of amenities we didn't even have to leave the property, definitely will be back soon

It used to be better when it was silver leaf resor

The step at the front desk was amazing. But don't do a late check-in. Because the security, it's very rude and you have to drag your bags when you say in a 3 story up 6 flights of stairs.

Slightly Disappointed

Location and amenities are great. The room however had an odor of being damp and musty as if not well maintained. Besides that it is a great location to take kids and family.

My 2nd room wasn't ready until 11/2 later .

Had to wait on my 2nd Cabin until 5:30 ..My guess had to wait in my room ..they was NOT HAPPY..It was they 1st time coming to the lake ..It was not a good 1st time welcome

Excellent location

Overall stay was excellent, the setting is beautiful, I would recommend this location especially to families, excellent pools and activities for all ages!

Beds had blood on them

Stayed at a cabin last weekend, Noticed blood on the bed sheets on the side under the comforter and on the other bed there was blood on a pillow case , showed pictures to front desk staff Office manager was gone she never called me ! Front desk took pictures of both beds with blood. The front door frame was falling apart at the bottom, bathroom with shower was leaking water all over floor. again never had a manger call me! Front desk rep said she would get us a weekend comped for the issue in a lodge instead of a cabin before the facility closes in october. Never heard back from anyone!

Great Place to Stay

I would recommend Holiday Inn Piney Shores for ALL to stay. The Villas are beautiful, clean and on the water. My son and daughter had a great time. We will be staying here again.

Family Birthday celebration

It is sad. This particular location does not hold up. Holiday Inn resort quality due to the fact that they are selling and do not keep amenity staffed with people nor product to enjoy what you pay for.
