Nice Little Cabin BUT...

This Resort Is Nice Its Not ALOT You Can Do But Its Worth The Money You Pay The Only Thing I Didn't Care For Was These Outdated Old Little Cabins They Had Us In I Didnt Think They Would Be This Old They Need To Rebuild Them Cabins And Make Them More Spaceious I Really Wasnt Supposed To Be In A Cabin In The First Place I Wanted A Regular Hotel Stay Since Those Are A Little Bigger And I Just Like How They Look On The Outside Anyways SMH! But Other Then That The Staff There And The People There Was Nice And Did Help Us If We Needed Anything :)

Very dirty room/Bad front desk service

Stayed here with a friend for a mom’s night out. First of all it took over an hour to get checked in when there was only 7 people in line. They only had two people working at the front desk and we could see the manager just sitting back in his office. Then once we got to the room we found the carpets to be very wet and dirty. Called maintenance and they never showed up. Also I am a breastfeeding and pumping mother who needed to pump and wash dishes. Opened up the dishwasher and it was disgusting. Full of brown stains and hair. Again nothing was done about. Showed the front desk pictures of the dirty dishwasher and told them about the carpets. Said they would have a manager get in touch about it. Haven’t heard a word from anyone about the stay.

Beautiful Location

So happy we chose this resort for our family vacation. Beautiful and peaceful grounds and great amenities.

We had a great stay! Perfect for families. Loved all the amenities and the views on the property. Staff is friendly. Loved the indoor pool. We want to come back every year. You can’t beat the price

overpriced for the quality

Initially booked the Villia Lodge with 2 Queen Beds, assuming it would be a typical large 2 bedroom suite. It was more like a summer camp cabin. The bedrooms shared a wall so very little privacy and there there was only one shower between the two bathrooms. The whole suite was generally dingy, bugs including roaches would get in, the water wasnt very clean, and the power went out when it rained. The staff were accommodating enough to upgrade us to the Grand villa with 2 king beds, and while the space was nicer and cleaner, it was still not to the level of the prices being charged. The toilets would clog, the siding on the balcony was peeling off, and the wifi was slow. I did appreciate the in room laundry. I was attending a wedding on the adjacent property, it was walkable from the lodge area, however, we were not placed in rooms adjacent to the other guests.

If you’re looking into something secluded in the woods. These cabins are perfect.

Calm and Relax

The place and staff was very friendly location was very nice. Pool was nice and relaxing and game room was fun a for sure we will comeback to finish the rest of what we didn’t get to do.
