We had a wonderful stay here. The location right on the beach was perfect, and everything about the hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great Location for Quiet Beach Stay

Clean and comfortable 1- bedroom suite with beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach. Friendly helpful staff and Alera convinced me to stay an extra night!

I was overwhelmingly, pleased, impressed

I was overwhelmingly, pleased and impressed with the entire stay the ladies upfront or amazing, helpful kind sweet Alara welcomed us when I was grumpy and the best I could do was I hope there is a bed ahead. She was so kind and pleasant and said yes, of course, and just got everything done quick the next morning I encountered Caroline and Susan, who as well were as welcoming and kind . The room was so very pleasant. The turquoise coloring brighten the entire room. The Jacuzzi was the highlight. The mirrors were amazing. The cleanliness was spot on. It had everything I needed before I even knew I needed it.

Holiday vacation

The hospitality at this property is superb. Lisa and Darlynn? were so friendly and cooperative trying to get my room ready when I arrived. You don’t see that too often. John was grilling in the heat for guests during the 4th of July cookout and yet he was going about his work with a smile even in the extreme heat. The service was amazing. Sue got me fresh towels because we couldn’t use the detergent in the room because of allergies. Everyone was just NICE. Thanks to all the staff.

Family Vacation

Played bingo had a blast! Clean room, beautiful view, peaceful side of Panama City Beach and simple.

Hidden gem

This hotel is a hidden gem. If you prefer a location on the beach where it is less crowded, this is the place. It’s still walking distance to the popular pier location in PCB. The hotel itself was very clean and staff are friendly. The 1 bedroom suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom has Dove products if you don’t want to pack your own. We had plenty of towels, paper towels, garbage bags to get us through the week so no housekeeping necessary although available. Also equipped with a washer/dryer and vacuum. Basically has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay

What a great place to stay!The staff was amazing and always welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were more than what I expected, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Loved my stay here and it’s right on the beach!

Rude management/staff

Location is Nice housekeepers front desk n manager rude Make up lies and overtalk you wen your talking about things important Biggest thing is if a room isn't damaged why lie just to take extra money from people that don't live in fl Never will I come back to this property

Excellent stay

We had a very nice stay, everything went well the staff was amazing, very friendly and took care of some issues very quickly. Shout out to Jamie, Sue and the general manager I believe was Gary. We will definitely be coming back thank you for making our stay perfect. Beautiful views of the coastline.

Our experience at this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The suite was very large/roomy for two people and was cleaner than any hotel room we've every stayed in. The Staff was always friendly and went out of their way to make sure the memories we took home with us were perfect. My wife and I can hardly wait to return (We already have another trip planned in about 3 months!)
