A Great Stay

The resort exceeded my expectations. The facility was very clean and many attractions were close by. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely plan to stay there again.

Don't stay here

So we had to leave early due to a insect infestation on the second night in the room a swarm of bugs comes through In the afternoon. My wife as a phobia and we were forced to leave early now. Check in for these rooms is 4pm we left by 530pm. I go to the front desk to let them know the issue that i'm having, sensing, where the conversation is going before I finish even explaining what's happening. I'm told I'll have to reach out to IHG corporate if I wanted a refund. I end up paying for another hotel room. I call the 1800 number looking to be compensated for the room and I'm told that needs to be handled by the resort directly. It's funny to me how it's always someone else's problem. When it was all said and done I was offered thirty dollars compensation, which is almost a tank of gas. I definitely won't be staying here again and may reconsider my IHG membership entirely.

Great hotel

Great hotel for traveling with the family. Plenty of room with many amenities. The washer and dryer made it convenient to deal with suits after going in the ocean. Having a pool as well as being on the beach gives options for activities. The staff was friendly and made check in and check out very easy. Will definitely be staying here again.

Almost perfect

Very clean! Gorgeous location! Easy parking and use of amenities. Friendly staff. My complaints…. Don’t like music being played outside all day. I want to sit on my balcony and listen to the Ocean!!!!! Denied late check out as an IHG member for the 1st time ever! Expected the King bed to have the same comfort, firmness, pillows, sheets as the other Holiday Inn properties (they are THE BEST) however, sadly it did not.

Great vacation in Panama City Beach at IHG Resort

I loved the resort, pool, hot tub, firepit, being on the beach. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful with information. The resort is not in downtown area so a drive to the restaurants, but quiet.

The hotel was conveniently located on the beach and close to nice eateries. I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was excellent in making sure our stay was comfortable and easy.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location right on the beach was perfect, and everything about the hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the overall experience was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Great Location for Quiet Beach Stay

Clean and comfortable 1- bedroom suite with beautiful ocean view and direct access to the beach. Friendly helpful staff and Alera convinced me to stay an extra night!

I was overwhelmingly, pleased, impressed

I was overwhelmingly, pleased and impressed with the entire stay the ladies upfront or amazing, helpful kind sweet Alara welcomed us when I was grumpy and the best I could do was I hope there is a bed ahead. She was so kind and pleasant and said yes, of course, and just got everything done quick the next morning I encountered Caroline and Susan, who as well were as welcoming and kind . The room was so very pleasant. The turquoise coloring brighten the entire room. The Jacuzzi was the highlight. The mirrors were amazing. The cleanliness was spot on. It had everything I needed before I even knew I needed it.
