Peaceful Stay!
Excellent stay! Very clean and organized. Rick and hotel staff were very welcoming. My wife and I arrived very early. Rick was able to meet us with every need. Thank you for a warm and peaceful stay!

Old but nice
Although the room was a bit dated, the location was quiet, gulf views amazing, and the AC was kicking. I’d like to mention that Mary Jordan helped me tremendously with my bill that has some issues. She was polite, sincere, and heard me out in the error I found. She stuck with it, got corporate to update the billing and I was satisfied.

Great features!
The Holiday Inn Beach Resort 2 bedroom villa was extremely nice. We were a family of 6, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel also has a hot tub, pool, a splash pad and a fitness room. Being on the beach was also a plus. It was also in a good location.

Great Time
Location and facilities were great. Enjoyed balcony with table and chairs and ocean view. Unit was well furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Definitely relaxing due to complex being smaller in comparison to larger condos.

Horrible/Rude customer service
We stayed here for two nights. The morning after the first night was horrible. We was woke up at 10:00am with pounding on the door, like there was a fire or something. I ran to the door and was told I needed to get out of the room immediately. The phone was ringing off the hook as well. I answered the phone and was rudely to to get out of the room immediately that check out was at 10:00am. I went down to office and proved that I had a reservation for two nights. Management in the office acted like it never happed and this was normal business. Upper Management would not return my call. Completely and utterly unacceptable and disappointing to say the least.
