Hidden gem

This hotel is a hidden gem. If you prefer a location on the beach where it is less crowded, this is the place. It’s still walking distance to the popular pier location in PCB. The hotel itself was very clean and staff are friendly. The 1 bedroom suite comes with a fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom has Dove products if you don’t want to pack your own. We had plenty of towels, paper towels, garbage bags to get us through the week so no housekeeping necessary although available. Also equipped with a washer/dryer and vacuum. Basically has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay

What a great place to stay!The staff was amazing and always welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were more than what I expected, full kitchen, and washer and dryer. Loved my stay here and it’s right on the beach!

Rude management/staff

Location is Nice housekeepers front desk n manager rude Make up lies and overtalk you wen your talking about things important Biggest thing is if a room isn't damaged why lie just to take extra money from people that don't live in fl Never will I come back to this property

Excellent stay

We had a very nice stay, everything went well the staff was amazing, very friendly and took care of some issues very quickly. Shout out to Jamie, Sue and the general manager I believe was Gary. We will definitely be coming back thank you for making our stay perfect. Beautiful views of the coastline.

Our experience at this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The suite was very large/roomy for two people and was cleaner than any hotel room we've every stayed in. The Staff was always friendly and went out of their way to make sure the memories we took home with us were perfect. My wife and I can hardly wait to return (We already have another trip planned in about 3 months!)

Beautiful beaches, lovely sunsets.

Room was perfectly clean. Everything I needed in the room was there. Every staff person was very nice. Beautiful beaches! We visited during spring break. There was no monitoring of who was staying on property. We had folks from the public beach access bathing (soap, shampoo, birthday suit bathing) older kids in our outdoor showers, lots of pot smokers and folks using the pool and sitting areas that were not staying at the property. The staff had to do a lot of cleanup for folks that were using the property amenities but not registered guests. There were times we couldn’t stay on our balcony and enjoy the beautiful beach because the pot smoke was suffocating. If you are good with paying for amenities that you may not be able to use when you want to use them because they are overrun by freeloaders, this is a great place to stay.

Awesome stay!

We loved our first stay at this IHG property in Panama City beach. The resort was an excellent choice for us to celebrate our anniversary! Ocean views waking up to every morning was amazing! We can’t wait to return soon. Thanks to all of the wonderful staff for your great hospitality! Gentle breeze, peaceful reflections

Beautiful, peaceful, serene! Waking up to the gentle waves brushing the shore and the sun peeking through the clouds, sitting on the balcony with your cup of coffee...what better way to start a day.

Great Staff and Nice Room

Very enjoyable stay! Nice room, quite, and a balcony facing the ocean. The entire hotel staff was friendly and very accomadating to our needs. Jamie and Susan were especially helpful with a special request we had. We are anxious to stay again at this property.

Very nice property on the beach!

This is our second time at this property. This is a great suite hotel in a wonderful location with a beautiful beach and great pool area! Every suite has a gorgeous ocean view. Very nicely maintained and very clean! We could tell almost everything has been freshly painted. Love that it's small and cozy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom could use with an update. Time to remove the jacuzzi tubs. Otherwise, this is a wonderful IHG Club Vacation property!! We will be back!
