Good amenities for the price

Amenities are good for the price, organization is not the best if you don’t stay on the villas, at least that was my perception. Need to drive inside the hotel is huge. No one check our rooms for cleaning or changing bed sheets. The only con I

top notch resort

Our family has stayed at OLCC likely twenty plus times, normally over Holidays. We love the resort. Beautiful grounds, well trained personable staff, comfortable rooms with mediocre bar/ restaurants. I would say they are overpriced for the general quality. I travel extensively so I am regularly in different types of restaurants (seldom fast food however). However, that won't prevent us from coming back. Just overly priced. Beyond that.....HICV and OLCC ROCK! Our family are big fans. Our daughter and son-in-law actually got married there (River Island in front of the lazy river/ waterfalls12 years ago. My wife and I are going to begin our snowbird portion of our life there. So would we recommend to others...WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

Great space, clean and comfortable

We were very pleased with the unit we had. It was quite spacious and the bedroom linens were clean. Bathrooms were also clean and we were provided with a lot of extra rolls of paper towels and bath towels, hand towels and wash cloth to last us the week of our stay. The kitchen was nicely equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove, refrigerator, nice sets of dinnerware, flatware, cookware, cooking utensils and knives. They also provided dishwashing detergent and detergent pods for the dishwasher. The dining table set was nice and they even provided placemats. It was one of the most satisfactory 3 bedroom unit we have stayed in.

Birthday/ Christmas Getaway

The building I stayed in was a perfect location with a great view of the lazy river pool. My room was fairly updated, spacious and cozy. The staff were friendly and fun. The dj played great hits and jazz at one restaurants on the property had us up dancing all evening long.

Orange Lakes Vacation for Christmas

Had a great time staying at orange lakes resort! Have been looking at staying here over the past few years and finally did! We chose to spend Christmas Eve and day here for a 2 night stay. We originally booked an amazing rate for a 1bedroom villa at the north village, when we arrived we were upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom Villa at River Island. Was so happy about this! Staff was great, they had a lot of people on site for the busy holiday. Room was spacious, was on the ground floor and had a screened in lanai that had a door to outside which I thought was great for ease of access to outside. River Island is huge! Bigger than I expected, the lazy river was so long! I loved that it had so many waterfalls and slides and many different pools attached. There was multiple restaurants and bars, a walk up food service window, a cafe and shop, the arcade, all right next to the pool! The putt putt area was also great and we had the best time playing! Also this resort is so close to Celebration Disney World. We were able to get over to Disney Springs on 2 separate days and it was less than 20 minutes to get there even with traffic! This resort is great for families, and the price is good too for how big of a room you get and how many different amenities there are on the property! I will definitely recommend this resort and will revisit! :)

To many problems

To many issues for day one, system didn't show my updated booking, ac went down the same night and took an hrs before decision. Was told 90 min for the meeting, so I lost 50 dollars.

Front desk

He was very helpful and attentive. Assisted with keeping our families close to each other. He was very friendly. The property was great. It was our first stay and we will be returning. We also left a personal item and was able to go get it.

Nice Unit for large family

The 2 bedroom/2 bath unit was perfect for our group of 8. Spacious and comfortable. Since our young grandchildren were with us, I was not thrilled to learn an alligator was spotted by the pond directly behind our unit. The only thing I was extremely unhappy about was the LENGTH of the "sales presentation." What should have taken no more than 90 minutes took 4-1/2 HOURS!
