WOW The Vegas Spectacular
Ready to take on Vegas VIP style? Your Vegas getaway will start off with an exclusive members only Welcome Party where you will be privately transported to one of the city’s local hot spots. There you can mingle with other members and enjoy a delicious dinner with an open bar. The next day you can take in the city and explore all it has to offer or take advantage of the beautiful resort. In the afternoon you will take private transportation to another renowned and award-winning Vegas restaurant for a pre-show dinner and cocktails. Then members will head to the Rio® All-Suite Hotel & Casino for one of Vegas’s hottest off-the-strip shows, WOW- The Vegas Spectacular. After a high-flying water show, featuring crossbow archer Silvia from America’s Got Talent, members will be privately transported back to the resort to enjoy the rest of their night. This weekend of excitement, delicious food, and thrilling performances will have you eager to come back again.
Transportation will be provided to and from Desert Club Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (5 on a scale of 1–10*), which may include steps.

Itinerary
Monday, October 7th, 2024 — Welcome Party
- 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Members can check in with the VIP Experience team and receive their final itinerary.
- 4:00 p.m. Resort check-in begins.
- 6:30 p.m. Members will meet in the main lobby for transportation to a private dinner.
- 6:45 p.m. Transportation departs for dinner.
- 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Members can join us for a Welcome party with a dinner and open bar.
- 9:15 p.m. Members will be privately transported back to the resort.
Tuesday, October 8th, 2024 — Experience Day
- 3:30 p.m. Members will meet in the lobby for transportation to a private Pre-Show dinner.
- 3:45 p.m. Transportation departs for dinner.
- 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Members will enjoy an early dinner and cocktails.
- 6:15 – 6:30 p.m. Members will arrive at the Rio® All Suite Hotel & Casino and proceed to WOW- The Vegas Spectacular Show.
- 7:00 – 8:30 p.m. Showtime.
- 8:45 – 9:00 p.m. Members will be privately transported back to the resort.
Wednesday, October 9th or Thursday, October 10th, 2024 — [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed breakfast or lunch prior to their owner update.
Event check out will be the day following your Member Update (but you’re welcome to stay longer!)
Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
