Get ready for a magical summer excursion in Dollywood®. This special experience begins with our VIP Welcome Party and front row seats to the lively Dolly Parton’s Stampede® show while you enjoy a delicious four-course dinner. Plus, there’s an exclusive meet and greet with Stampede cast members after the performance. The next day members will take private transportation to the Dollywood® theme park where you can enjoy a private brunch before exploring. During the day members can experience more than 50 world-class rides, high energy entertainment like the Gazillion Bubble Show, and surprising summertime activities. As evening begins you can make your way to the brand-new Big Bear Mountain™ where you’ll bust out your dance moves under a graceful drone show and firework spectacle. Don’t miss out on the magic of Dollywood® in the Summer and the special memories you can make with loved ones.

Transportation will be provided to and from Smoky Mountain Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (10 on a scale of 1–10*), which may include steps.

Itinerary


Monday, June 24th, 2024 – Welcome Party

  • Check-In starts at 4 p.m., but please stop by the lobby between 3 p.m.–5 p.m. to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary.
  • 7:30 p.m. Members will meet in the main lobby for private transportation to the Welcome Party.
  • 7:45 p.m. Transportation departs.
  • 8:15 – 11:00 p.m. Members will join us for a VIP Welcome Party complete with dinner and a show.

Tuesday, June 25th, 2024 – Experience Day

  • 10:15 a.m. Members meet in the main lobby for private transportation to the Dollywood® Resorts.
  • 10:30 a.m. Transportation departs.
  • 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Private Brunch at the Dollywood® Resorts.
  • 1:00 – 9:30 p.m. Members will have free time to explore Dollywood®.
  • 9:30 p.m. Private Transportation for members departs back to the resorts.
  • 10:00 p.m. Members arrive back at the resort.  

Wednesday, June 26th, 2024 or Thursday, June 27th, 2024 – One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.

Check out the day following your owner update.

Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
