Wonderful property 30 years ago

This was a great property 30 years ago. Unfortunately nothing has changed in 30 years. Mattress very uncomfortable room not clean things not up to date. We had an issue we by the up to the front desk who also said that the rooms are all "run down" it's very unfortunate because this place has so much potential. It was updated they could charge triple and double the price then we could actually come here and enjoy it and relax and not worry about something not working.

Horrible

It was my first time actually booking for myself and the experience and how I was treated was very unfair for the day pf the 18th of July

Avoid

Complete waste. This place needs severe updates. It’s old and smelled horrible, the carpet was filthy. Spiders were everywhere. We were so uncomfortable we checked out in the middle of the night and drove home.

Great room and experience

We were greeted like we were old friends and were made to feel very welcomed there.Rooms could not be beat anywhere,super clean and very spacious and very comfortable Great stay for any family

Great family getaway!

I love staying at the location in Flint Texas. My children love the water slide park and other amenities.

Great location

Great for families vacation. Nice activity rooms, mini golf, pools and aqua center. Rooms are clean and big. Boat rental office and Marina have friendly staff. We enjoyed time on lake with fishing and boating.

Family Get Away

We had a great time!! My kids are older so the water park didn’t keep their interest all that much. There were so many other things to do, so we had a great trip! Was super relaxing!!

Nice pool area

For Holiday Inn I found this resort a little lacking in cleanliness, we had trouble with our unit we were first assigned to and of course is because there’s not enough workers I guess. I also noticed the lawn and upkeep around the units were lacking maintenance. One of the pools water was very cloudy it was on the property and people were still close swimming in it

Great location and activities.

We enjoyed all the facilities at the Villages in Flint Texas.

Terrible Stay

This resort is not as advertised. The rooms are disgusting and smell of smoke. The grounds are old and outdated and the water park is a joke. The marina is far away and should not be factored as a decision in booking. Could not get out of there fast enough.
