Nice atmosphere and clean

Nice place to stay with kids. Rooms were clean and comfy. Neighbors above us were noisy, which kept waking us up. Also, we were unable to get into our room until an hour and a half after check In time. Overall very nice place to stay. I would go back!

Beautiful rooms and grounds

We checked in on July 5th, understandably they were cleaning a lot of rooms after a holiday but we arrived at 330pm, hoping to check in by 4pm as stated but ended up waiting until almost 6pm before our room was ready. As a pregnant mom with little kids, this was really disappointing. I was very impressed with the rooms once we got in them. The biggest disappointment was the lack of vessels to enjoy the huge lake that was advertised - they admitted the canoes were very unstable, all the fishing boats had holes, and there was one paddle boat available. So we enjoyed the lake view and that's about it.

Fantastic room.

My recent stay was just one night for my brothers wedding. I arrived at the registration building for check-in. I was greeted by a woman who was very nice and was trying to give me loads of information. However there were three women who worked there talking and every time the receptionist tried to speak they talked louder over her. I had no idea half of what she even said to me. I drove over to my room. The room was fantastic, clean, spacious. I was maybe there 30 minutes while changing for the wedding. When I left someone had hit my car in the parking lot. I was not able to address it right then aside from looking over the other cars around me, I had to rush to the wedding. When I returned to my room at the end of the night, it was nearly 12 am, and the guests in the room above mine were romping around and banging incessantly. It was very difficult to fall asleep too. Next morning upon check out, I went to the registration office to inquire about security footage. I was told there wasn’t any. This was the first time this had happened so the three employees were confused. They called multiple people. Meanwhile I stood around for an hour for them to tell me they couldn’t do anything for me. So I called and filed a police report for insurance purposes. I wouldn’t say that the service I received was horrible, but coming from a customer service perspective, the staff could use a lesson in professionalism.

Need to work on better service

We had to go through too many people for being a owner the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing it was hard to communicate with one Department to the other apartment which one Department says one thing and I just will not rent a unit again from IHG I will just use my bonus time only

Very nice place really enjoyed it very clean and a lot of things to do there staff was great grounds we're beautiful

Excellent Place to Vacation for the Family

Timber Creek Resort was the best. We hosted a family reunion on the property and the experience was the best possible!
