Perfect hotel for a great kid ( <12) experience

This is a wonderful resort hotel on Lake Conroe. There were plenty of fun activities (arts & crafts, game room, put-put golf, etc.) for the whole family. Highly recommend this resort for the fun, excellent value, and cleanliness.

Dated

Room was nice, just a little dated. Bed was ok. Bath tub was nice large garden tub. Bathroom was small. Porch was nice. Outside was serene and beautiful.

Great Family Fun

The Piney Shores resort was amazing. Clean, comfortable, and fun for the whole family. It was like summer camp for the whole family. The staff was amazing and all the activities for the kids was great. We are already planning our next stay.

Enjoyed our stay

Our family has visited piney shores in the cabin for two trips. We enjoyed our stay both times. The price is a great value for the resort and amenities. We love all of the outdoor activities and art in the club house.

Comfortable but could be better

I loved the area and the hotel itself. Lots of stuff to do and it’s organized. The piece I paid for my room is not at all what I was expecting when I got there. The tub was too nasty to use and the shower was too small for everyone. The walls are not sound proof at all but I really like it here other that those few things.

Great time to relax

Enjoyed my weekend at Piney Shores with my family. Property was very clean. My kids were able to enjoy the property with no issues. We always enjoy our weekend away at Piney Shores.

Perfect size for a good price

fantastic price for the size (we were off season) clean, full kitchen, 2 baths, one level, comfy furniture, and spacious. highly recommend for a weekend getaway or even a week long family vaca! grounds were beautiful and amenities gr8

Fix water issues!!!!

Horseback riding was fantastic! If you get a "cabin" be prepared to be dissatisfied with quality of stay. Our water was orange the entire time.

Great staff

THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. CHECKING WAS EASY. OUR ROOM WAS GREAT WITH AMAZING VIEW OF THE LAKE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS WITH PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE FAMILY. ROOMS WAS CLEAN. I WILL BE BACK AGAIN.

Great Customer Service

From check-in to check out, the staff were absolutely amazing. Multiple events and activities daily, Melissa and Caroline did a fantastic job with the kids. Isaac and Tala we're very patient during the trail rides that the kids took. The staff at the front desk, especially Rosalyn, did a fantastic job. The popcorn and drinks while waiting in line was a fantastic touch of service. Food and beverage at the grill for three of our meals while here we're all wonderful. We did not have any issues with our room, however the maintenance folks on property, could tell when we were lost and would stop and provide direction and in some cases even have us follow them to the area of the resort that we wanted to get to.
