Spacious rooms and nice on site amenities

We were in town for a family wedding. There were 3 separate families here and it was really nice to be able to stay in a location that had food available and things to do. We played in the small arcade and also the mini golf course, which was surprisingly good. Honestly, it was better than the last couple we have gone to and paid for. If we have the need to stay in the area again, we will definitely have this on the list.

excellent service, could have been cleaner

Loved the view, ease of check in and helpfulness of the staff. Had a lot of great activities. The bathroom sink was really low (and Im short). There also wasnt enough towels. Just one body towel/washcloth/hand towel per bathroom in a two bedroom/bath condo that fit six people. There was also dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. Dust isnt the biggest deal, but other people's hair grosses me out.

Great service and great comfortable beds also

I really enjoy my time here a lot of different areas to visit and some of the rooms are also very comfortable some of the bathroom kind of small but other than that pretty clean some of them need new carpets which I think they're working on

Pool, putt putt and porch

I have stayed at many IHG properties and this one ranks close to the bottom. There were some positives like the Pool, putt putt and porch but there are some upgrades and cleaning that could be done to improve this property. They don’t recognize IHG Rewards club members.

Comfortable villa

Very nice apartment with a great view on Canyon Lake and great sunset.

Comfortable bed

It was just like I was in my own house was able to cook and sleep very comfortable. Ha being the pool close by was definitely a plus we didn’t have to go very far. Also it was in a very convenient place for what we had planned out

Clean and comfortable

The rooms were clean and spacious. We were in town for a wedding of one of our children and were able to relax. I really liked that the climate control worked well and we were able to remain comfortable. The location is very central to the Canyon Lake area which made it convenient. There were lots of swimming pools and property features.

Nice getaway.

Nice quick getaway on hill side. Workers are attentive and enough to do all day or can spend doing nothing but relaxing. The rooms are a little dated and a remodel would be nice. This doesn't distract from an affordable quick weekend trip that the kids would love.

Wholly Disappointed

Unit was super gross Property is much larger and spread out than shown online, so views of lake are not accurate. Distance to amenities = driving. Be prepared to hear ALL your neighbors and at check in get sakes-pitched. Activities for kids seemed appropriate but we only did the “free” stuff. The gal in charge of activities was great and very helpful. Amenities themselves were fine, just located far - like a mile, across a main road with traffic / lights. I wanted my kids to be able to walk to do them.
