Not a great experience!

Did not get the room they made it appear that we were getting! No bathtub at all with small kids to bath. Swimming pool was drained and closed at our building location. Very deceptive as far as I am concerned.

Would not recommend

We were told that there were activities for all four of our children aging from four years old to 15 years old… None of this was accessible to the children because we were put across the highway from the facility! And no, the resort was not full. And upon arriving being bombarded by a staff member about a timeshare meeting while I had four children bouncing off of the walls in the lobby. She would not take no for an answer! I finally turned around and walked off. If I wanted to go to a meeting, I would’ve stayed at work!

Family vacation

Enjoyed our stay loved the pool the putt putt golf and the rooms were clean and enjoyable Overall it was a great experience for our entire family I would recommend to friends and families

Good location disappointing property

Had 4 families meet for a week for family reunion. Check in staff was rude and unaccomadating. Offended 2 out of 4 families. Rooms were outdated, carpet so stained and nasty didn’t want to take shoes off, had to buy skillet to cook with, ran out of paper items, poorly maintained. Played bingo which was fun and enjoyed arcade. Pool was good. Will book Airbnb next time.

Canyon lake trip

The property was in a beautiful location with access to amenities. Other than a few concerns about the cleanliness of the room, our stay was pleasant and relaxing. The elevator was helpful with toting around an infant and toddler.

Great size room, beds were great was able to wash and dry clothes in the Grand unit

Location was excellent our unit was across the street and not close to the reservation and activity location which was disappointing. Room size for the Grand Villa was excellent. However was pressured to go to an overview of my timeshare.

Great location in Texas Hill Country!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Texas Hill Country Resort for an extended weekend birthday trip and had the BEST experience! The resort was so spacious, clean, and had tons to do on property. We had a gorgeous view of Canyon Lake from our room, and the space was perfect for our entire group. I was amazed by the incredible value of the resort, and we were met with extremely kind customer service. It was the perfect place to stay to explore several places around the Hill Country, and we are already planning a stay again here this fall!

Great family experience

We took the kids to a near by waterpark, and afterwards we stayed here. Kids enjoyed this far more than the waterpark. This will be our next family trip minus the park. Everything we needed was here. We were able to enjoy all of the amenities.

Great location

Staying at Canyon Lake resort is a great location if you are going to float the horseshoe or going to a concert at Whitewater . Several great local places to eat .

Very nice rooms

Very nice rooms. It was a little difficult to find and there were no views of the lake. Also it was far from the pools and other amenities.
