Great place

Wonderful place to visit. Prices are great and place alot of fun!! The activity center keeps everyone busy and entertained! Indoor pool warm clean and huge. The Water park perfect size for families with children. Villas spacious clean and comfortable!

Stay away

Customer service was horrible, completely understaffed, food was nasty, no hot water in room. Only bright spot was manager Karent.

Unexpected events

Room had ants , toilet flooded the room my children we're in, we had to move to a different room , requested a refund they we don't give out refunds.

The room was infested with orange. lady. bugs. There were 20 on one of the windowsills, all over the bedrooms, and at least 15 one on lamp. It was disgusting. Pictures included When we arrived at the indoor swimming place the lady at the check in was EXTREMELY rude. She asked if we brought our own towels and I said no we were not told to. I asked her “why didn’t they let us know that?” And she completely ignored me and kept on like I said nothing. At one point my dad was waiting for the bathroom in the food court area and she goes “what do you need?” In an unnecessarily roughy tone. We brought DVD and the DVD player almost ate one of them and took a good 20 min to get going.

Big Disappointment

Horrible internet service. No cell service. Wanted to use the waterpark but the line to get tickets was down the block even hours after opening. Used the pool instead which was a nice, big pool but still a huge disappointment to the kids vs. going to the waterpark. We wound up leaving early we were so disappointed. We will not return or recommend

Disappointed

Awful all around. Only good thing was clean room. I wish I would of stayed at a local hotel for my granddaughters spring break.

Water park

We booked a small vacation for the kids spring break. When booking I had a nice little chat with the lady on the phone about how we usually go to the Dell's for the water parks but wanted to try Fox River Resort. It wasn't until we checked in that the front desk told us the water park is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. We were there Monday thru Wednesday. Bummer. Not only does the water park close, but the subway and pizza place inside the building as well. As far as the rooms, no complaints. Nice, comfy rooms. Oh, they charge you to change out towels.

Need to finish remodel

Most of the room looked to have been remodeled recently except for the kitchen which was in dire need of it. half the burners on the stove did not work the dishwasher kept falling forward because it was not attached and the floor was old and dirty. The countertops were also beat up pretty good. Cabinets were old and need to be replaced.

Great time

The villa was great we have 4 kids it had plenty of room great time waterparks
