Lack of communition

I was not informed I would be charged $50 for attening or not attending their tour.

We enjoyed the resort here as much as Timber Creek resort in DeSoto MO, and we will return here.

Bad neighbors above

No sleep made trip less enjoyable...love this place as we try to come every year but this was one the worst having no sleep, sounded like a football game upstairs...

Phone staff

The staff at the resort was very nice its them ones on the phone that is rude and don't know to much...

Great Activities For Families!

The property is very well kept! It’s a little dated! The additional fees for some of the amenities should not be charged to guests for example the waterpark should be free for guests staying on the property. The food was cooked to order which was good. The only negative for my experience was that my air conditioner in my room was not working properly. I had to keep waking up in the middle of the night to turn it on and off to keep it comfortable in the room.

First stay here. It was clean and staff courteous.

For the fact my kids were scared first night Manger did nothing Even told me to open for next time to see person Security guard even said not to do that

Trinityland

I hosted my daughters 7th birthday at this resort. The kids were able to watch movies in the theatre, go swimming at the pool, and enjoy the water park. The food was good as well.

The staff was very helpful and friends the other guest were amazing too! I live in Chicago so this place was the peace I needed away from the city , but it still had enough activities to make the trip fun and interesting only thing I regret is not finding all of the before we had to leave can’t wait to come back for another visit
