Not too bad. Unit needs some repair, though

Overall, a nice comfortable place. I'd like to see some checks done on some of the appliances though, as the dishwasher inside my unit was in need of some repair. Other than that, not too bad.

Room service did not show up

It was very annoying that at the registration process they send you to a person that tries to send you timeshares

Relaxing

You have an employee named Erica . She handles (yes that would be a correct term) very badly . If someone says NO it means NO . Not belittle them in front of other customers . Very rude. No manners. Needs to be way more professional . If i come back and shes there Id walk away. Im sure shes losing you business. We have been coming there for Probably 12 years Ive never been treated like that .

Wonderful stay in Vegas

Excellent overall experience!! Slept very well, amenities were excellent, pool and gym were well maintained. I enjoyed the shuttle bus to take us to the strip, I would definetely go to this hotel again if I return to Vegas

Great place for kids in Las Vegas

This hotel keeps you within walking distance of the Las Vegas strip without feeling like your in Las Vegas. It's a great hotel for families with kids who don't need to see the strip at night but want to enjoy the activities and eateries on the strip during the day and into the early evening.

Very helpful staff

My husband accidentally booked the 3rd instead of the 2nd of April. When we arrived the staff was very helpful and did their best to remedy the situation. It took a full hour to get us booked into our room. They did their very best to help us. The rooms were perfect and very spacious. We were very happy with everything. My only problem was there was no elevator so we had to carry everything to the 2nd floor. Our rooms were beautiful and very clean. I wish we could book a week there.

Great Place to stay for vacation

My experience was really good - the front desk and staff are very friendly and helpful. I stayed in this hotel twice already and all I can say is "Great Experience".

Close to strip and nice pools

Good hotel other then our room it had such a slope when you walked around the room carpets very dirty but other then that great hotel would stay again

stayed in the Holiday Inn Club Vacation in Las Vegas. Room was comfortable. Had to call the desk for extra pillows, blanket-ran out of toilet paper one day
