FLIES!!!!!

Flies!!! Checked in on 12/29/2024 At check in they told us there system was down and someone would meet us at room to let us in, had to wait approximately 20 min. Left and came back after dinner and same thing,20 min wait to get in room When we got in room had about 5 flies and a cockroach in room. Called front desk for a swatter and never received 1 Day 2 of stay still no room key. When we got back late afternoon they said we could pick up room key, got room and keys did not work Went back to front desk, phones where out, to get another room key and that one did not work either. Finally a worker drove by and saw my family waiting outside for in 35 degree weather and let them in Once in room there where about 15 more flies. Called front desk for a swatter and again never received one Left next morning for the day and upon returning there where approximately 40 flies in room Called front desk again and maintenance worker came to room and wanted to spray room why fly / wasp killer, at 10:30pm. We had kids with us and advised him that was not an option. Again no fly swatter. When we woke up on checkout day room was over run by flies. Not sure i would recommend this resort to anyone

Spacious, clean and great service

We stayed here during off season, so not many guests but we still received excellent quality service. The rooms were well cleaned and ready for us upon arrival. We enjoyed the mini-golf in the morning and the resort was located within reasonable distance from all we wanted to do between Clarkesville and Helen!

Friendly staff and great amenities

There was so much to do at this resort! Our family spend hours at the tennis and basketball court. We played on the pool tables and ping pong tables. The arcade was fun as well! The bed was very co.fotable and the room was immaculate. The room and kitchen were well stocked. We even had a washer dryer and laundry detergent was provided. This was very helpful. We appreciated the Dove products in the bathroom! The resort was the highlight of our trip!

Great stay

This room was beautiful and there were lots of things for kids to do. It was quiet. Would love more vending options at every building. We will definitely be staying again because we enjoyed it so much. They had a big checkers and tennis and volleyball and a grill and an arcade. The kids loved the arcade.

Great room size. Beds comfortable. shower in main bathroom tiny.

Needs furniture upgrade and good cleaning. Chair legs very dirty. Carpet Damp, smelly and extremely dirty.

Super fun hotel

They was no end of ways to enjoy oneself at this resort. Minigolf, golf, pools, jacuzzi, horseshoe, beach volleyball, billiards, movies, video games - tennis. I’m sure I’m missing some things. I would recommend staying as long as possible.

Best Vacation Ever!

Beautiful resort in a great location with a clean, comfortable room and many amenities and recreational opportunities. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this location.
