Christmas in Dollywood®
Join in the holiday festivities at Dollywood’s® Smoky Mountain Christmas. This spirited adventure begins at Dolly Parton’s Stampede® for a lively Welcome Party complete with a delicious four-course meal, open bar, and live entertainment. Find yourself in a wonderland as you soak in a special holiday show with 32 horses, hundreds of twinkling lights, falling snow, and your favorite holiday songs. The next day members will head to a local hotspot for a delicious lunch before the real fun begins at Dollywood’s® Smoky Mountain Christmas. Don’t miss a ride on The Dollywood® Express where you can cozy up as more than 6 million twinkling lights dance above your head. And be sure to visit Glacier Ridge to see award-winning shows like “Christmas in the Smokies” and “’Twas the night before Christmas” in this breathtaking wintery wonderland. Members will also get an all-inclusive dinner with non-alcoholic beverages and a special souvenir cup. On this experience we take care of everything- including private transportation to all events. Just pack your holiday cheer and enjoy!

Sunday, December 15th, 2024 - Check-In
- Check-In starts at 4 p.m., but please stop by the lobby between 3 p.m.-5 p.m. to meet your event host and pick up your final itinerary
Monday, December 16, 2024 - Welcome Party
- 4:30 p.m. Members will meet in the main lobby of the resort for private transportation to a lively Welcome Party.
- 4:45 p.m. Members will depart for the Welcome Party at Dolly Parton’s Stampede® Christmas Show.
- 6:00 p.m. Showtime with dinner and an open bar.
- 8:30 p.m. Members will arrive back at Smoky Mountain Resort.
Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 - Experience Day
- 12:00 p.m. Members will meet in the main lobby before taking private transportation to lunch.
- 12:15 p.m. Members will depart for lunch.
- 12:30 p.m. Members will enjoy lunch and an open bar at a local hot spot.
- 2:30 p.m. Members will depart lunch for Dollywood®.
- 3:00 – 9:00 p.m. Members will be able to explore Dollywood’s® Christmas.
- 10:00 p.m. Members will arrive back to Smoky Mountain Resort.
Wednesday, December 18th, 2024 [Optional] One-hour personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Members will receive a catered boxed meal prior to their owner update.

Event check out will be the day following your Member Update (but you’re welcome to stay longer!).
Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
