Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or a beginner, the Williamsburg Wine Tasting Experience is a crowd pleaser. From a welcome party at a locally-loved restaurant to a full-day tour of one of the best wineries in the region, this adventure has something in store for everyone. We’ve curated every detail for you—from transportation to meals and more. Your only job is to sip, savor, and see it all.
This unforgettable experience starts with a welcome party at a renowned local restaurant where you’ll enjoy a private dinner, open bar, and live entertainment with fellow Club members.
The next day, you’ll be transported through Williamsburg’s countryside as you head to the winery for a fully-guided tour. You’ll explore the vineyard and cellars, learn about the art of
wine making, and enjoy a 4-course private lunch with wine tastings and pairings. Throughout your meal, a local sommelier will guide you through the colors, smells, and tastes of the wine you’re sampling. Following lunch, and take in the exquisite fall foliage while enjoying an open bar. Cheers to a day of pure bliss.
Transportation will be provided to and from Williamsburg Resort and our experience. Please note some walking will be involved with this event (10 on a scale of 1–10*), which may include steps.

Monday, Sept. 25, 2023 – Welcome Party
- 3p.m.–5p.m. Meet with you VIP Experience Team in the main lobby. Please bring your entire party for this event check-in.
- 4p.m. Resort Check-In
- 7p.m.–9p.m. Dinner and Open Bar
Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2023 – Experience Day
- 4:30p.m.–8:30p.m. Members will enjoy a private vineyard and cellar tour before delighting in a 4-course dinner and wine tasting, with a beautiful view of the fall foliage.
Wednesday, Sept. 27 or Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023 – [Optional] One-hour
personalized owner update at pre-selected date and time. Catered boxed breakfast or lunch
will be provided prior to personalized update.

Participants in the VIP Experience have the option of signing a photo/video release form.
